During your stay, you’ll love being able to walk to Old Town’s restaurants, breweries, shops, and live music. The nearby Poudre River Trail connects you to parks, museums, and the Whitewater Park—perfect for outdoor adventure. Enjoy the quiet, urban neighborhood while staying close to all the action.

Home was comfortably furnished, and spacious. Plenty of room for our family of four. We especially loved learning how to play Skeetch! Convenient location close to Old Town. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse and found it to be the perfect home base for our visit. The neighborhood is ideal for us, with easy access to downtown, great dining and breweries, as well as the campus for visits with our CSU student. We’ve stayed in this area many times and always enjoy how quiet, peaceful, and neighborly it feels. The townhouse was comfortable, very clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. The furnishings made it easy to relax and feel at home. Communication with the host was excellent, and any questions or issues were handled quickly and with great service. The house truly met all of our needs, and we would stay here again without hesitation.

Awesome stay!
Excellent location and accommodations. Walking distance to trails, brewery, cafe and short drive to everything else we wanted to do!

Communication with Stacy, the host, is very good. The kitchen had all the basics needed for simple meals. The house is a comfortable place to hangout.

Great Stay, Great Location
The property was awesome and the property management company was as well! Would definitely recommend this location!

Great place to stay with the family!
The condo was clean and everything was just as described in the listing. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful townhome!
Perfect location close to Old Town, looks exactly as it appears in photos. We loved staying here! Also really enjoyed the Skeech table!

An excellent property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is clean, nicely furnished, and roomy. The location is very good.

Well maintained and quiet home
We were visiting for a college graduation and enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, well appointed and very quiet.
