Quick trip

Went for my granddaughter’s dance competition. Thought the pond would be accessible and it wasn’t. I was supposed to work on Friday but the internet in the home was so bad you could only have one tv working at a time. My work computer was unable to do anything because of the WiFi. The location was great but there appears to be people living in tents in the ditch across the street from the home so we did not let our kids go outside to play. Loved the hot tub. The house was clean so no complaints on that.

This cabin was a short drive to Gatlinburg & had everything we needed for our trip. Would recommend this home to anyone & would definitely book again!

Nice stay but some issues

The house was very nice the neighborhood was run down, going up to the house and around the house TV on the back deck did not work they needed a privacy screen going up on the back deck to make it more privacy .for the hot tub the hot tub had soap like bubbles, internet kept going down. Wrong internet and password provided. All in all was a good stay.

Close to the action and hidden away at same time!

It had very nice amenities to enjoy. Just a hop, skip and jump off the main drag. Was easy to get out to enjoy anything you might want. It was quiet a step up into the house from the covered patio and many steps in the front door. By adding a ramp it would be easier for entrance..

Really nice!

Really nice place to stay with no problems what so ever, at no fault to the owner I forgot about how I would be entering the home and sent a message and a message with said entry was provided with in minutes! Definitely would stay again!

Fantastic location!

This adorable place had everything we needed plus thoughtful touches. Very nice location just far enough away from the chaos but close to conveniences. Very clean, well put together and comfy. Thankful it had great A/C! Plenty of space for a mom and 3 teens. Definitely will stay here if available next visit.

By far one of the best cabins we have stayed in

My family and I love this house. It had plenty of space for our group. It's in a convenient location, the bed was just right, not too soft nor hard. It was clean! I have to say it is one of my favorite houses in Tennessee. We will definitely rent the home again.

Family trip

Very good location to attractions, esp. Pigeon Forge. The neighborhood itself is a bit run down, but you only notice it when driving in and out. Felt safe. The cabin itself was wonderful--clean, well stocked, and attractively decorated. Three full baths and the jacuzzi tub were very nice. The hot tub needed some major attention. More water, cleaned, & clorinated. The game console hooked to the TV did not work. The TV for the hot tub didn't work. Overall a good stay and would stay again, but a few things could be improved with very little effort to make the stay a 5/5Overfooverhdideeallwork.

wonderful cabin and a great host

Loved the cabin. Host is fast to respond to questions. Only issues we had were one of the restrooms was not cleaned completely and the game room had a weird pungent smell which was fixed right away in the morning once the host was let know. Other than that no complaints.

Good Cabin Bad Location

Cabin was great. Location is sketchy. First two nights were quiet. Third night there was open gunfire from the neighbors; heard 3 shots and peaked out the window, several more gunshots take place between two neighbors. Packed our bags immediately and got out of there because we felt unsafe.

If a Hot tub is important, don't stay here.

The cabin was nice enough, I did see some housekeeping issues but nothing major. I read before arrival that communication was a problem with owner, and messages sent to him were never returned so you're on your own. The poor reviews on the Hot Tub are VERY accurate. It is old, less than half the jets worked and it was FILTHY. It had what I can only guess was dead skin particulate, and the water was so murky you could not see the bottom. It also did not have any treatment chemicals used to clean it. If you want a small cabin that is close to attractions, then rent away, but if a hot tub is a deciding factor as it was for us, then run away fast and far!

Communication is important and there was zero!

This property wasn't cheap and I had planned this trip to take my family to Dollywood for Easter weekend. I tried to message them twice about extending Sunday (Easter) since I wanted to make my fam brunch and heard zero back. Then when I saw the weather was going to be bad that weekend I was thankful that I chose a property specifically with a hot tub for that very reason. I noticed a March review that stated the hot tub seemed unusable so I, again, messaged the owner about it and heard zero! I know things happen but communicating to a customer who is paying you a significant amount of money is crucial. The property was great but because of the "don't give a crap" attitude about concerns, I will not book here again.

Looks can be deceiving!!! Started out as a nice getaway only to be ended badly. Stayed our first night and really the only issue was the ice maker didn’t work and was empty and the tv at the hot tub didn’t turn on. Fast forward to the next morning cooking breakfast when a cockroach crawls across the counter. And if you see a cockroach crawling around while you’re cooking there are more in the house. Contacted VRBO and the Host. Only thing the host offers is to spray or set traps while we are gone. I ask for a refund and get told “no money back for one roach.” WHAT???? Everyone knows that we’re there is one roach there are more. I am not gonna let my family stay in a home with cockroaches crawling around. Still waiting to hear back from VRBO to see if they are gonna do anything to help!!!
