Recently remodeled Kitchen and primary bathroom! Great location, steps to the beach, space for 5 guests and all of the comforts of your home, this condo in St. Augustine Beach is a great place to plan your next vacation!

I-22 is a newly remodeled condo located on the 2nd floor of building I (elevator accessible). This unit is centrally located between both pools, steps to the grilling area and short stroll to the private beach walkway. Lots of items in the unit available for your use - bedding, towels, beach cart, 3 flat screen tv's, fully-accessorized kitchen, beach chairs, cooler and toys. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a flatscreen TV and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, one with a trundle (can sleep 3) and a flat screen TV. There is an additional bathroom off of the second bedroom. From the kitchen you have views of the the dining area and the living room. The living room has a sectional sofa and flat screen tv. Cable and WiFi so you can stay entertained and connected when you're not out enjoying the sand and sun. Watch the breath taking sunsets from the comfort of the couch or private patio. Our unit is not pet friendly. Parking for 2 cars only.

The Ocean Village Club is a gated ocean front condominium complex with two pools (one heated), tennis courts, shuffle board, grilling area, lending library, fitness center and car wash station! When staying here, you're close to the intercostal waterway, historic St. Augustine, and many local attractions. World-class golf, shopping, dining, surfing, fishing, beach-going, and sightseeing await you!

Great location and condo was clean and up to date!! We had a fantastic time! The only con would be the bath/hand towels need refreshed since they were a bit old and dingy. The primary pillows were also flat and old and the bed was very uncomfortable. Overall though we had a great stay!

A great place to stay!

This place is very nice, clean and very convenient to beach and downtown area. Our family had a great vacation during the Christmas holiday season. Also, the owner was very responsive and the instructions to property were very clear.

Such a Wonderful Condo!

We had such a great time at the condo. It was in such a nice location with the pool and beach so close by. The condo was very clean and the hosts were extremely responsive. Would highly recommend!

A Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It's nicely decorated and very clean. Plus it is such easy access to the beautiful beach! Owner was easy to communicate with and was helpful explaining tv directions and making sure we had what we needed.

Great Stay!

This listing was nice and exactly as described! It was clean, a close walk to the beach and pool, quick drive to all the spots you need in St Augustine, and was equipped with beach equipment to use! The host communicated quickly and answered any questions I have! Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend getaway

The property grounds were beautiful and the condo was stylishly updated and well maintained. If you don’t mind not having a good view of the beach it is perfect. Butler Beach is a great beach! The booking and the check in process was very easy. The rental agent was very helpful and informative.

Very clean and convenient! Good value!

Enjoyed the stay. Everything was clean. Property was lovely. Very well maintained. Wonderful beach. Pools were very clean and pool furniture nice. Only improvement to condo would be better sleeping pillows. The ones there were flat like pancakes.

This rental is a must for those who wish to experience St. Augustine.

This is my second time at this rental and as before was not disappointed. It is soooo homey, clean and well stocked. Megan is very helpful and readily available if need be. My grandkids just love the place as well. We all just feel at home there. If your going to St. Augustine this is your place. Thanks Megan, this condo is the best. Hope to see you again next year.

Perfect oasis

We loved this place! The condo is beautifully decorated and equipped with all you will need. The bedrooms are spacious. The beds are super comfy. The walk to the beach is short. The beach isn’t too crowded. The 2 pools are refreshing and clean. The complex is quiet. There are mainly residents and families. This was a much needed retreat for our family. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo.

Great Family Place near the beach!

The condo was a great place for our family to spend time at the beach! It was well supplied and very clean. The location to the beach was an easy walk and wonderful for our family! The pools were great for when the kids wanted to swim. The beach had plenty of room, tides gave us some tide pools to play in and the water had great waves! Not far from Publix, Feista Falls to play mini golf, great treats at Coneheads ice cream and Island Donuts. We liked being able to ride over to St Augustine for a day trip to explore the historic city. Megan was great at checkin in with us to make sure we were all set for fun. There were even beach chairs for us and beach toys for the kids to play with. Definitely one of our favorite beaches and places to stay! Thank you!

Needs updating

Plumbing in kitchen and bathroom need repairs. Mini tv screens. Needed to sit in front of tv to watch jokovic! Coffee pot was not clean. Found a dead roach in closet. Megan, our host, was very helpful and kind.

Beautifully decorated with all of the amenties for a comfortable stay

The Ocean Village Club is in a prime location within a close drive of all major points of interest. This was our first time staying in this complex and we loved it. The management maintains a very clean and beautiful complex. The condo was within a short walking distance of both pools and the beach. It is beautifully decorated, very clean and has new small appliances. She truly thought of every convenience so you have everything you need. We loved the layout of the condo and the peaceful setting from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again. Also, I might add that the beach was well kept by the city and had lifeguards to watch over swimmers. It was not over crowded and was the perfect location for a family. Thank you to the owner for renting to us and we will be recommending your condo to our friends and family.

My New Home Away From Home!

Stayed here from 5 November thru 5 December 2017 and wish I were back there right now. I live in Ohio and wanted to find a nice family oriented place to stay. My daughter, son-in-law and 4 grandchildren moved to Jacksonville 3 years ago. I wanted to combine a month long vacation to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas. This place was perfect. Extremely clean and loaded with everything you would need in the kitchen to cook your meals. I put up a Christmas tree and when the grand kids came over we had a blast. The ocean and heated pool kept us busy the whole day. The lights in St. Augustine were awesome. Megan was readily available if I needed anything. Sure do miss this place and hope to return again this year. The whole complex was nice, we also used the tennis courts and shuffle board for loads of fun. I would highly recommend a stay here. Thanks Megan it was great and looking forward to returning. Oh yea, the Publix right down the road was quite handy as well. They had a pretty good variety of organic foods.

Had everything we needed. Even additional beach toys and a wagon that we took down to the beach. It was super nice. Owner was very friendly as well. Had a great stay!

Very nice condo to enjoy a summer vacation. Directions on how to access the unit were easy to follow which was greatly appreciated. Short walk to access the refreshing pools and beautiful beach. Definitely would stay here again. We had a great vacation!

Beat and cleanest unit that we saw

We had a family reunion this weekend. So I got to see several units in other buildings where my family stayed. Our unit was the nicest and cleanest one. It smelled great every time we came in. I loved having 2 twin beds since I have a son and daughter who didnt want to share a queen bed. It had games, sand toys, grilling items. The grill area next to building I was perfect for our family to meet and grill. I was so happy our building had an elevator, which some buildings didn't. I would definitely stay here again and will want to book this unit again. Owner was reaponsive as well.

Great Location

We enjoyed the location, easy beach access and close enough to everything we had planned. Had everything we needed as well. One note: beds not super comfortable, especially the twin beds. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Clean, Comfortable Condo in a Perfect Location – Great for Families!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for two adults and two teens. The location was ideal—easy access to the beach and pools, and downtown St. Augustine was just a short, straight drive away. The check-in process was seamless, which made for a smooth start to our trip.The condo felt very safe, and we were comfortable letting the teens explore the area on their own. It was so convenient to have a beach cart, cooler, and beach chairs provided—made our beach days super easy and enjoyable.There were great local gems nearby, too—a terrific coffee shop directly across the street was a huge bonus for me, and a stylish designer thrift shop within walking distance added a fun surprise to our stay.Whether we were heading out to explore the city or just relaxing, this was the perfect home base. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and fun getaway

Family vacation

Our family of 5 had the most amazing stay in Saint Augustine. Communication was fabulous, easy check in, perfect location, and everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach. We hope to visit again soon. :)

Born and raised in New Jersey and surrounded by a huge amazing family, including our son, his wife and their three children. However, a piece of our hearts are here in St. Augustine with our daughter, her husband and our other three grandsons. We bought this condo as an investment but also as a second place to call home. We love St. Augustine and our condo! We hope you get just as much enjoyment out of it as we do.
