Nestled in WaterColor's sought-after Camp District, 194 Spartina Circle welcomes guests with a charming blue exterior, inviting screened porch, and cozy bed swing, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Inside, an open floor plan brings together the living, kitchen, and dining areas in a bright, coastal-inspired space. The living room features a gas fireplace and comfortable seating, creating a warm atmosphere for gathering after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a large island ideal for casual meals.

The first floor also includes a peaceful guest bedroom overlooking the backyard, a shared bathroom, and a dedicated office nook for added convenience.

On the second floor, the primary suite offers a private screened porch, a luxurious ensuite with a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. A cheerful bunk nook and two additional bedrooms, each with private or shared bathrooms, make this level ideal for families.

The third floor's tower room features twin beds and elevated views, creating a fun and private hideaway for teens or additional guests.

Great Stay

Excellent location directly across from camp watercolor. The golf cart is a little hard to drive without powers steering, but overall the accommodations were wonderful.

Fantastic property

Great property. Watercolor is a great community and so accessible. The trollies are super and make it so easy not having to worry about parking. The only thing that would make it better is if there was a trolley route to seaside.

Perfect Location

We loved the location of this property. It is directly across from the Camp Watercolor entrance. We had 2 families and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and gather together. It was beautiful.

Great house and location for a family

Awesome House. layout worked great for 4 adult couples, 2 kids, and 2 toddlers. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Being across from camp watercolor couldn't be better. The front porch is screened for great night hangouts without bugs.

Great location. Great house. Poor housekeeping.

We really enjoyed the location and layout of this house. The management company was great to work with. The only negative is the house was not very clean. The housecleaning service let the management company down.

Mother’s day

It was very nice. Being so close to the pool & Lazy River was great for my family. Could have used a few more spices for cooking or just a good season all. We didn’t really have any need for communication with owner that’s why the lower score

Fabulous house!

This home had 3 master bedrooms which was ideal for us. The rooms are very large the 4 full bathrooms are beautiful. There is a six seater golf cart that was perfect for us as we had 6. We took drives to town center in the evenings and to and from Grocery store. The beds were very nice quality and comfortable with good linens. We had to call maintenance twice for minor issues and the response was immediate. The screened in front porch was our gathering place for coffee in the mornings and having a cocktail in the evenings. We are directly across the street from Camp Watercolor so the kids could just walk to the pools and lazy River. The front patio could use a cleaning the cushions on the swing are well used and the floors are pretty dirty. We went barefoot in the house. No complaints tho.
