We recently stayed for one night at this property for a concert 20mins away and I have to say from check in to check out it was easy,clean and the host was very responsive when we had questions. I definitely recommend this home and if we are staying in the area in the future we will definitely try to book here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Excellent one night stay

Roberto’s place was a perfect overnight stay for myself, husband, sister and two small dogs. We were passing through town, and the place is comfortable, and central to everything in the area. I would definitely recommend!

Adorable apartment!

Really enjoyed our stay! The property was cute and very convenient to the beach, boardwalk and other attractions. Our host Roberto was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Always difficult to find a place that welcomes pets, this one was perfect. Overall, great experience.... would definitely stay again.

Clean Spot

The place was fine. Easy to to get in with August App. The Neighborhood was very tattered. There are a bunch of homes being revitalized as this property was. They have a long way to go is this area. Thanks for sharing you house and the renovation was awesome. Not really sure how to get the rest of the neighborhood on board to fix up but you certainly took the right first step.

Convenient to NYC, Atlantic City and Philly

Appreciated the location based upon our plans. The neighborhood was a bit uncomforting and there were some simple maintenance work needed but overall the description was accurate.

Ocean trip

It was an amazing experience. Roberto's place is a quiet and cozy. We had everything we needed. The 5 minutes walk to the Ocean was an incredible gift to me. I could get my dogs and walk to the Ocean without asking my husband to drive, search for the parking, paying for the parking and beach access. I enjoyed that the beach was quiet and clean. I enjoyed quiet nights. All rooms have air-conditioners, which is helpful during Summer. Roberto was very accommodating, we didn't really need anything. I've read a negative review about children being loud, it was not true for our stay. I think people who wrote the review just being overdramatic. It's super quiet in the area, and a lot of new construction going around. I think this area is developing and very soon will be expensive as a Middletown, or Ocean City. We enjoyed shopping in Premium Outlets. We found a very nice Italian shop - Livoti's, which has a lot of pre-made affordable food and a lot of Italian cooked food. It reminded me Wegmans from NYS, but Italian. I got some Italian food and I was amazed. Highly Recommend! It's around 15 minutes drive from the Roberto's house.

Getaway Stay

Nice place, clean and close to beach. Very responsive and available host. Enjoyed being able to walk to beach, water park, and amusement park. All the amenities in this place needed for a fantastic family stay.

Not accurate description

We went in house and the smell was beyond horrible! The neighborhood was scary and not in a good area. Kids were throwing rocks at garbage cans and littering in the street when we got there. We did not feel safe at all. We actually left and got a hotel. The house was not at all what was described in the vrbo app. Very disappointed. We learned that we should have done our homework on the neighborhood and that pictures can lie.

Great place for a quiet break

I was attending a conference, but I still had work to do. I wanted a place away from the after-hours excitement that tends to come with conventions, and this place was a cozy, quiet getaway close to a beach! The property manager was extremely communicative, and I would stay there again!

Overnight fishing trip

We stayed here as a crash spot for a 2 day fishing trip in the Raritan Bay. House was well equipped, clean and comfortable.
