Great weekend trip

We enjoyed staying for a weekend with our children and grandchildren. Great location! Easy walk to the beach as well as shopping and restaurants. Hosts were great with communication and the condo was as advertised. Will definitely stay again.

The property was very nice! There was a little bit of sand left behind from the previous guests, which is completely understandable for a beach house. However, we did notice a few stray hairs on the bed sheets and blankets that weren’t ours. Aside from that, we had a great stay! The neighbors were pleasant, the very short walk to the beach was a huge plus, and the property was conveniently located near some great restaurants. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The owners were extremely nice and great communications! It was set up so nicely, it was so close to the beach and a perfect location for the entire area. I would definitely book with them again

Great Week!

We had a great week. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were close to the beach and surrounding restaurants. And a quick drive to the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again!

Another GREAT STAY

2nd year in a row everything went great, from check in to departure. Owners have great communication amd keep the rental in great shape. Lord willing we will be back next year.

beginning of summer

My friends and I booked the property for our beach week which was so much fun overall and was definitely elevated by the property we chose to stay at. It was super clean, had a good location, awesome porch, and was overall super cute.

The place was in a great location. Very roomy. Only complaint, the beds. Two of the beds you rolled to the middle and sank, the third was extremely hard

Great week at the beach

I guess our favorite part of Brittani and Joe's condo is its nice big porch. But all other features were all excellent: comfortable and abundant seating in the living room; all appliances work and the kitchen is stocked with sufficient dishes, pots and pans, cutlery. My family truly enjoyed our time there. In addition, Brittani answered all my queries promptly and with kindness and enthusiasm.

First time renters in OCMD

The owner of this property was in contact with me from start to finish. Everything that was promised in the description was at the property!! It was clean & enough space for me, my daughter, my daughter & son in law & their infant son. Close walk to the beach. I would recommend this home!! We will be returning!!

We had a great 4th of July weekend. Property is right beside the beach. So easy to walk to and from. Located within walking distance of fabulous seafood restaurants. Great porch to enjoy morning coffee while the sun rises. Nice 3 bedroom condo that is perfect for a family wanting the ocean and have fun with everything located nearby.

The Unit was exactly as described, the "check in" and "check out" could NOT have been any easier!!!! Flawless!!! Unit was very clean and already stocked with basic necessities. Close to everything, convenient wash points, with front and back boor. Very clean and nice bathroom/ shower facilities.

My new favorite location in OCMD

I’ve been coming down to OCMD from PA every summer for the last 15 years. This house is one of the best finds in my opinion. It is located close to the beach on a quiet street. The owners have done a fantastic job of updating the space. It was perfect for what we needed, and the outdoor deck was a plus! Great for drinking my coffee in the morning and getting a few chapters read before the kids woke up! There is private parking which is a relief when there are no open spots on the street. Neighbors were so sweet, and the owners very attentive. I would absolutely stay here again.

Charming OC getaway

We loved this place! It's within walking distance of a quiet stretch of beach and great restaurants. Brittani texted us on the first day to say we could check in early, and responded to my questions quickly. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony--the street has a strong community vibe--and reading the book about the history of OC. Hope to return again :)
