Great house close to the beach for our family of 4

Located in a quiet neighborhood this 3 bedroom house was perfect for our family with two kids under 10. Close to the beach and all the best of Sarasota and Siesta Key is important for our annual pilgrimage to the area. The stay was perfect including frequent communication with the owners.

Great home!!!

Very clean and family friendly! Communication with the host was easy and quick. This was an incredible house located in the middle of everything. We would love to comeback next year!!!!

Great home, close to the beach

The house was a great fit for our family of 5 that included a three year old and 4 adults. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We made use of the beach toys and chairs which made our trips to the beach much more enjoyable. Communication with the host was great. They responded very quickly to any questions we had. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located close to Sarasota and Siesta Key. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We stayed at this property for 5 weeks, and will return in the future. The property is in a great location, close to shopping and a 10 minute drive from Siesta Key. Although close to busy streets, it is a quiet neighbourhood. The house itself was very clean. With the exception of the kitchen area, all the rooms are large. The outdoor lanai area is very private and large, and the pool is larger than what one usually finds at a single home. Communication with the host was excellent, and he provided things that we requested.
