Perfect Spot

Very cute and comfortable home with great amenities and well stocked for all of our needs. We enjoyed the pool, and the canal and all of the extras like the grill and outdoor speakers. Also a great TV for us to watch playoff games on! Highly recommended.

Hesitation with Vacation

Holly and Arnas were fantastic to deal with. I was so hesitant with the hurricanes and damage and they reassured me everything would be ok. The house was immaculate! The only thing I did not realize was that I had to pay for the pool to be heated. Unfortunately it took till our last day to heat but my kids still enjoyed it. We would definitely book again!

Canal paradise

Spacious with a great layout for privacy when needed and a large communial area when needed. Loved the large seating area and huge tv. Seating area by canal was idylic.

You won’t go wrong staying here. Everything you need, plenty of linens, toiletries, washer dryer, beach stuff, just a very clean nice place to stay.

5 Star Sandy 🦀

We had a fantastic staycation at Sandy 🦀. The house has everything you need to make your stay easy and comfortable. My kids loved being able to get up in the morning and go for a swim or at night before bed. The location is very convenient close to eveything you would need and just a short drive to the beach. If you still want easy access to Siesta Key but do not want to deal with the crowds, this is a perfect choice.

Our family loved this property!

Our family loved this property. Great location for getting to the beaches, fishing off the dock was enjoyed by all and the swimming pool was great fun. The house was immaculate upon arrival and owners communication was exemplary. We really appreciated all the supplies at the house from beach and fishing equipment to coffee and washing supplies. I would highly recommend this house to others. Thanks for having us!

Memorial weekend stay

Staying at the Sandy Crab was a treat! Plenty of room for each guest to not feel ontop of each other. Beautiful neighborhood and super close access to the beach. Stores are local and convenient along with a fun ice cream shop near by! Will visit this home again if we get the chance.

Beach Vacation

This house has everything you might want, a canal, beach equipment, a caged pool and a quiet neighborhood. Although blunt, the property owner was always quick to respond with answers to my questions. My mom, sisters and I had a great vacation.

Sarasota Vacation

this was our second year at the house and it was better than the first. Heated pool was very nice and location to beech, shopping and eating is excellant. Owners are very responsive to any issues that may develop during your stay. If we come to Sarasota in future years, we will most likely try to book this home again.

LOVELY, LOVELY RETREAT!

The home was super cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the dock, and looking for wildlife. It’s very close to the bridge to Siesta Key, and the beaches. Yet it’s far enough from the craziness, that it’s just a relaxing retreat. We will definitely stay here again when we visit this area!

House was very nice and as described. Many extra items were included and a garage was available. Owners lived close by and were very quick to address any issues that came up during our stay. Will consider stating at this location in the future.

Holly was a great host with quick responses to all my emails. The home is clean and the property is groomed. Even though the weather wasn't the best, it was still a retreat for me and my family.

Clean and comfortable

This space is surprising spacious for a 3 bedroom house. The back pool area is where we spent most of our time. The chairs and lounges are super comfortable. The neighborhood is private and quiet. The pool area is perfect for morning yoga and yet perfect for entire family gathering and swimming. Everyone slept soundly on the most comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped with all we needed for cooking at home or just preparing snacks. Laundry machines are a necessary bonus. And also beach supplies were all in great shape and had everything we needed for a day on the beach. Games were also available for evening time family fun. Location is also great for many daytime activities like the aquarium which we highly recommend. Lots of restaurants and drinks available at local shopping areas . Owner was available immediately for any questions or concerns. We were blessed to have great weather every day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will be looking forward to another trip real soon.

Everything was exactly as advertised and then some! Super clean, great location, nice amenities and touches, quick and responsive communication from the owners. We had a terrific stay and will definitely be looking to stay here again on future trips.

Great property

We took my 78 year old mom to see family and to see the beach. This property was beautiful and had everything we needed. The master shower was walk-in and the toilet had a much needed and appreciated grab bar. The pool and pier was equipped perfectly. The hosts were delightful and quickly responded. Walt’s Fish House and other great restaurants were just a short drive away. Would definitely recommend and return. Thank you!

Siesta key trip

Our stay at Holly’s is perfect, the host is very detailed that makes our trip is much easier. We love the internal decorations, the beautiful backyard , the pool and views are spectacular. My kids were able to catch few fishes from the dock, and they had so much fun. The location is very convenient, Shops, restaurants and beaches are just few minutes away. We already talk about our next trips and cant wait to stay at Holly’s place again.
