Perfect getaway

Teresa was great - always easy contact. The condo was in a convenient , quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Folly Field Beach. Would recommend.

Wonderful condo.

We had a great time staying here. The complex was quiet and nice. The pool was large and never crowded. It is just a short walk to the beach, even with kids, it wasn’t bad at all. We ended up riding our bike down to Burkes beach a lot as the beach by the condo was very crowded. The condo itself had plenty of room for all of us and it is always so nice that we can bring our dogs with us.

Perfect location on the island-near everything and close to the beach

The condo was lovely and clean. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond about a minor issue. Based on the ease of dealing directly with the property manager (phone and email), we would definitely stay here again!

Not premiere like property

Great location with nicely decorated condo. But several non working items, bare minimum and not organized kitchen. Bathroom shower curtain- both interior and exterior were moldy. Tub was dirty and stained. New fan and light in living room but not operational; Roku upstairs non- functioning; usually not a big deal but payed much more for this condo to have working Roku to watch Wimbledon. Prior premiere hosted condos have been spotless and delightful; this one was a surprise. Large areas of paint scratched off inside of several doors on inside. Curtains missing from 1 MBR window with 1 bracket on wall and 1 bracket under dresser. This is first time we’ve been disappointed by VRBO; all prior rentals have been as advertised. I did text owner about non-working things; she responded promptly but not able to remedy.

Exactly as pictured

This two bedroom split level condo is in a lovely neighborhood and approximately a five minute walk from Folly Field Beach. There is a pool a minute away from the condo. Teresa, the property manager was helpful and communicative the entire process.

Lovely stay

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a 10 day stay. We loved the location, literally a 5 min walk to the beach and a short drive to stores and restaurants. It’s in an older condo association so could use a few updates but it was great for the amount of time we stayed there. And oh yes, the bed was very comfortable.

Clean, comfortable and convenient location. Short walk to Folly Field Beach, and easy bike access to shops and restaurants. Excellent host communication. Highly recommend!

Great Location and Comfortable!

It was a comfortable home. We loved that it was a quick walk to the beach and enjoyed sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee each morning. Teresa was nice and communicative. Although comfortable, this place has no "frills". Make sure you bring anything you may need for your stay: k-cups, detergerent, beach towels, extra trash bags, etc. We enjoyed staying here and would stay here again!

Great location!

Great location to beach! Within walking distance and had family staying at Marriott Barony Beach Resort. So really easy to pick up or vice versa to do stuff.

Great location and value

This unit was exactly as advertised. No frills but comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was convenient for beach visit, golf, or exploring HHI. Theresa was fantastic to work with. Always prompt at answering my questions. For the price, I would definitely recommend!

Fabulous Stay

My wife and I recently stayed at Stones Throw and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The unit was extremely clean and comfortable and it felt like home! The walk to the beach is easy and very convenient. The property manager (Teresa) was outstanding and made us feel very welcome. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

Enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay.Teresa very accessible and made check in smooth.Condo was clean,but carpet needs to be cleaned as someone didn’t clean up after their dog’s accidents.Everything was nice and in order,but future clients need to know that there is a keurig,not a coffee maker so we went to Kroger and bought a Mr.Coffee.We were disappointed that there was not a TV in our bedroom,even though the pics showed there should be one.We did find it under the bed,which was a mystery to us.Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great vacation

Condo was very clean and as described in the description. Close to the beach and with all the normal amenities with the addition of the keurig. Most don't have a great coffee maker. This coffee lover loved it. Would definitely stay again.

Disappointing

My friend originally booked this property for her daughter who decided against going to Hilton Head so we stayed there for the week instead, with prior approval from the property manager (we were just added as guests to the reservation). Check in was 4:00, arrived and unit had not yet been cleaned. It took several texts to property manager to get a cleaning crew to the unit. We weren’t able to get into the cleaned condo until until 7:30. The property manager promised a bottle of wine for late check in and inconvenience which was never delivered. Even after the unit was cleaned, they left the same comforters used by previous renters. I had to ask for them to laundered (these weren’t returned until Tuesday after Saturday check in). I was told they are only washed as needed which is shocking since we are still dealing with COVID. Unit was still not very clean…dust all over furniture and ceiling fan. While we were there for the week, hair balls were being blown out of the closets locked for the owners. Lock on sliding glass door doesn’t work so they are using an umbrella that clips onto a beach chair instead of repairing the lock or purchasing a proper bar to put on the door to secure it. Tv in master bedroom wasn’t working…manager informed me of this on my way to check in, stating it would not be fixed during my stay. Condo has bare minimum of kitchen items but it does have a working grill. Complex was very quiet and conveniently located to the beach.

Great stay

Great location, short walk to Folly Field Beach. Unit was clean with all necessary items for a week stay. Outside storage has beach chairs/wagon/umbrella etc which was handy.
