We’ve carefully checked all communication sources, including VRBO messages through the app, and weren’t able to find any record of a message from you during your stay. We’re truly sorry to hear about the trouble with the dryer and hate that it affected your time with us. When the issue was first reported, it was initially understood to be related to the ice maker; however, it was later determined that the refrigerator itself was not working properly. We also appreciate that maintenance was able to assist with the dishwasher concerns that were reported.
