Enjoy completely upgraded appliances, granite, tile, carved crown molding, tiled balcony, walk-in glass front tiled rain-shower, plus much more!! Be aware that there is a $50 Parking fee due at the front desk on check-in. Phoenix VIII is a low density, family oriented community which means plenty of pool chairs and amenities for everyone. The view from our 8th floor balcony is breathtaking! Enjoy west views for days and watch the ships come and go from the pass!
Pay for 6 nights and 7th night is free or book for a month and enjoy a 25% discount.
This condo is PERFECT for couples!!. Perfect for seniors!!
** Please note: There is a lot of glass in this condo, may NOT be appropriate for small or rambunctious children. Also we do not rent to children's sports leagues due to damage to tile floors by cleats... Thank you for understanding.

Great Spring getaway

Wonderful location and condo was extremely clean.We had a great time just hanging out at THe beach and unplugging- did NOT take out my laptop even one time!

Nice place, perfect for couple

Everything was great and we had no problems. Really liked that the pool area was quiet and uncrowded during our stay, even in March when spring break is in full swing. We would definitely stay here again! Our only complaint is the parking pass cost 55 for the week.

Very pleased with parking, elevator access, and baggage movement. Cheryl was a great communicator. Unit was very well equipped. Loved the rockers on the balcony. Path to the beach was very nice. Quiet family friendly location.

Fall getaway

The unit fit our needs for the week. The bed and shower were fine. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Overall was a nice unit.

Dwight & Cheryl are great hosts! This was our 5th stay in their lovely Orange Beach condo. Great location, wonderful desk staff. Perfect getaway.

Perfect location!

We had such a fun stay right on the beach. Very close to gulf shores but away from the busyness! The condo was equipped with everything you need. The floor was a little sandy when we got there but they provided brooms so we were able to take care of it. Would definitely stay again!!

Lovely condo perfect location

The condo was very nice. Decor very cute and beachy, made you feel like you were on vacation which I loved. The main bed was very comfortable and the view was great. The beach was nice and not too crowded and not too far from good restaurants and fun things to do.

Condo Review

The condo was very clean. We loved the gliders on the deck. The bed was very comfortable!That being said…The pictures of the condo were not the same as online upon arrival (furniture and rug). There was not a vacuum cleaner in the condo…I had to sweep the rug and floors. There were no forks except for children. I had to buy forks. There was only one skillet that was average. It was difficult to cook with only one skillet. The recliner did not recline correctly…very difficult. The TV’s were very small especially in the living area. We could not completely shut the shower doors.

Fall Break get a way

The condo was clean, well decorated and nice location to everything touristy. I found the Phoenix 8 to have an over abundance of common sense rules. I felt as though I was vacationing with my parents and I’m 55 years old. The parking pass was a nightmare. The condo we rented had so many “Do not touch” rules I couldn’t relax because I was afraid of breathing wrong. We will definitely be staying somewhere else in the future. Thanks.

Awesome Vacation

My husband and I celebrated our 27th Anniversary with a week in Orange Beach and stayed in this condo. The condo was neat, clean and perfect for us. Communication with the owner was prompt and we had no issues with anything. This condo is in a great location and the view from the balcony was amazing. After a long drive from the Detroit area we arrived in OB around noon and were able to check in early which was great as it allowed us to get an extra beach day in. The condo complex was very low keyed and not crowded and very peaceful.We would definitely rent again!

Beach getaway

We had a great stay and hosts were very easy to work with. I would definitely come back and stay again! The property was overall very clean but the shower could use a deeper scrubbing, but did feel “unclean”. The construction that is mentioned in the listing is very much a non issue as you can’t really even hear even while sitting on the balcony. Location is great!

🌴 A Getaway Gem 🌴

What a blessing to have a beautiful and clean condo to stay in! The furniture and bed are very comfortable. Balcony furniture is the best! The location and views were exceptional. Lots of great seafood within a short driving distance. Cheryl went out of her way to make sure we had a great vacation. Thank you so much! 😊

We have three kids grown now and were careful to plan vacations each year to make memories. Believe us when we say, you never get that time back, so enjoy every memory you can make!

When we started looking for a vacation home we saw lots of run of the mill. But when we found this one, we knew it was special. Owned by a contractor who gutted this Phoenix 8 unit and remodeled it with carved crown molding, new floor plan, granite, open walk in rain shower... things you don't find in other units... we HAD TO HAVE IT!!
