Gulfport Arts District Cottage With Pool

The cottage is located in the Arts District on a quiet street, walking distance to the waterfront and all of it's quaint shops and restaurants. Or, if you prefer, we are conveniently located between St. Pete Beach and Downtown St. Pete for even more adventures!
Two bedrooms have a queen bed and tv., the master has a king bed and tv. The sunroom has a desk with wireless printer and dining room table
The Lanai has comfortable seating, ceiling fan, and a tv for your enjoy.
Semi above ground pool, grill, deck, and more!
*To protect our neighbors, no parties or loud music are allowed. We are in a quiet, quaint residential neighborhood.

Great little place!

This was a great little place to stay with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and close to the beaches. We didn’t want to leave and we’d come back. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating, thank you for the amazing stay!

Wonderful getaway!

Everything you need is at this property. Great location to beach and restaurants. The layout of the house is excellent making for a comfortable stay. Sorry we had to leave earlier than expected because of health reasons. Communication with owners was great also. Would stay again if in the area.

3 pleasant weeks.

Great place to chill in, excellent choice of TV, everything you need is supplied. Had 3 weeks chilling by the pool watching the world go by peacefully and quietly. Shame we had to leave.

Perfect house for family !!

This rental unit is as good or better than the pictures. Everything inside is brand new and top quality. The unit was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Plenty of space inside and outside. Beautiful and spacious home. Very clean. All the amenities you could wish for. Perfect location. Easy walk to restaurants and waterfront. Beautiful fenced in back yard. The pool was closed for the winter but looked great. Highly recommend for a couple or a whole family. It was very difficult to leave. Thanks for everything, Brad & Cindy

Wonderful Getaway

Absolutely loved this property. As cute in person as it is in the photos. Very clean, wonderfully quiet street, walking distance to art district, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the quick 10 min drive to St. Pete's Beach, but then loved coming home to the simpler pace of Gulfport, with so many fun shops and good restaurants to choose from. We found live music every evening, which was a bonus. We definitely hope to be back!

perfect decompression

This property was clean & inviting, nicely decorated, and well appointed. The host, Marla, was an excellent communicator. Couldn't have asked for more (except for slightly warmer weather!)

Home away from home

The house was perfect for us! We were able to work remotely very comfortably and then able to walk downtown Gulfport in the evenings. Marla was an amazing host!

Family vacation - Adult children

From the moment we reserved to the moment we checked out everything was perfect! The home is well equipped for everything you need. Comfortable beds. Plenty of fun places nearby. The hosts were attentive and every detail was thought of. Thank you !
