Pristine Peak is a beautiful craftsman 2 story 2200 square foot home with quality construction, wood floors, views toward mountain peaks, and a clean, open, uncluttered and roomy ambience. In addition to having the entire home to yourself, you can two screened porches (upstairs and downstairs), a large front porch suitable for long visits, front and back yard, a garage with garage door opener, front door parking roundabout, and two additional parking spaces as well. This home will comfortably sleep 6-7, with an additional quality queen mattress for 2 more if needed. Very large and spacious master bedroom and bathroom (large stand up tiled shower with wonderful 'spa like' shower heads; separate tub) with mounted smart TV and walk in closet. Full laundry facilities located behind the kitchen. This home is ideally located on the asheville side of black mountain for only a 10 minute to Asheville (15 to downtown Asheville), and 1.8 miles from quaint downtown Black Mountain. The benefit of this home is the space, cleanliness, modern touches and furnishings, quiet neighborhood, and location for an easy drive either direction. Black Mountain and Montreat areas have endless exploration for hiking and outdoor pursuits, local dining, shopping, artists and more. Asheville opportunities are endless

I love western North Carolina, being a native myself, and was excited to have the opportunity to purchase this beautiful property and offer it to visitors coming to explore this diverse area. I am admittedly "learning" how to be a short term rental manager, so hope you will offer your kind and helpful advice if you stay in my home! My wife helps me manage this property, and is also readily available for questions, concerns, or needs. I hope you'll give Pristine Peak a try; come dive into the wonders of the Blue Ridge Mountains with endless waterfalls, hiking trails, rivers, local music, the Biltmore, historic Grove Park, amazing eateries with endless choices between Black Mountain and Asheville, and much more!
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
The vibe of this home is refreshing: airy, comforting, clean, and regional. The 3 porches are a fabulous plus, providing plenty of space to enjoy the fresh air and feeling of being outdoors. The location of Pristine Peak is also ideal, being 5 miles from downtown Black Mountain but also located on the Asheville side with only a 15 minute drive. Not only is the home spacious on the inside, it is spacious also on the outside, with plenty of parking in front of the home and in front of the front porch, in addition to an enclosed garage. Dynamite Roasting, a local favorite coffee shop is a walkable distance away located right on Old Hwy 70 (although you might want to drive since there is no sidewalk available). We also love the French and Argentina inspired restaurant La Guinguette with an experienced passionate and world traveled chef (featuring crepes and personal garden). Tucked back into Montreat College area are endless trails to explore, including riverside locations to picnic. We could go on and on.
