Tucked away in the tropical paradise of Coco Beach Golf and Country Club in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. With view of El Yunque National Forest, welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home that sleeps 6. Kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony. Have fun hanging out downstairs in the patio sitting area with BBQ and awesome breeze.

You don’t have to bring anything, only food and your bathing suits, because everything is provided in the house such as towels, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and utensils to cook your meals. All Bathrooms include basic toiletries and have hot water. It is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room, Netflix, Hulu, TV, and WIFI all included.

Walking distance to both the Beach and Golf Course. We offer Free Parking and Golf Cart (not a mode of transportation and at time it goes under maintenance) available to use and take to the beach.

Our Villas Del Mar neighborhood offers: Beach access, parking lot is located on the left side across from the Golf Club House.

There is plenty to do whether you golf, want to horseback ride, zip line, hang out in the waterfalls nearby in the Rain Forest, take the ferries to see the beautiful nearby Islands of Culebra, and Vieques, a short 30 Minute drive to the Bioluminescent Bay Tours or just relax by the beach every day.

- 6 guests max. Extra guests will be charge an extra +$25.00 fee daily per guest.

Clean and Comfy

We loved our stay here! It was conveniently close to everything we needed, but felt tucked away and safe. We enjoyed the golf course and beautiful beaches. The beds were very comfortable! The house was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need!

Great home base for exploring eastern PR

We had a great stay here. It's a very short drive to Luquillo for the beach and kioskos, and to Fajardo for snorkeling trips or the ferry. The gulf cart is a fun way to get to the lovely beach right on the property where we found tons of shells and had fun watching the crabs. We had the whole beach practically to ourselves the whole time we were there. The house was clean and well appointed, with beach towels and toys. Everything you need in the kitchen including seasonings and coffee. We had trouble with the oven but that may have been user error. If definitely recommend this house to anyone. It's a safe, comfortable home with a great owner who communicates well. 5 stars.

Girls 50th birthdays getaway

Communication was fabulous! The property was great. I only left a 4 star on the accuracy and check in as i couldn't print the directions as we were already on the way to airport, and it's a 20 minute walk to the beach, but 5 minutes on the golf cart. We really enjoyed our trip!

Rio Grande Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great and very comfortable for our group of five. We had easy access to all of the sites we planned to see and enjoyed a morning at the small private beach. The golf car was a great addition. Communication was very easy. We would definitely stay again!

Great time

My family and I really enjoyed our time in Puerto Rico. This property was a great set up for us. It was well equipped and offered us space to spread out. The proximity to the Hyatt resort was a bonus. We also enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach. We were here over New Years and were warmly welcomed by the neighbors who are a lovely and close community. Also, Princess is very attentive with her communication.

Perfect in every way

Wonderful property in very safe (and beautiful) community. Perfectly located half way between San Juan and Fajardo activities. House is stocked with literally about everything you need. And Princess the host is as about as responsive as you will find. FIVE STARS all around!

We loved the area. The patio downstairs and the tropical plants were beautiful. I will miss the sound of the Coqui frogs at night.

Fantastic PR relaxing and exploring home away from home

Wonderful place. Appointed thoroughly and with style. Great location. Every detail well-thought out for guest experience. Will definitely stay again when we reutrn to PR. Comfortable, everything you need to explore PR from a "home" feel. Just do grocery shopping, everything else is there. Great also for just relaxing and taking advantage of everything in the resort compound. Thank you for the wonderful, easy experience.

Great family home!

We loved this home. Princess was very helpful and easy to work with. Her directions for check in were very detailed and easy to understand. We arrived late at night but we had no problem getting into the house. The air conditioners worked great and the amenities were perfect. We stayed during a tropical storm and the power went out but the generator worked great for multiple days. We never had to really cut back on using electricity. The home was well prepared for the storm. We really only had a couple of issues. Due to the storm, the wi-fi went out and never really worked very well after that. Princess tried to help us get it back on but it never was the same. But our phones still worked so we cast to the tv from our phones. Also, as other reviews had mentioned, the golf cart never worked for us. We tried charging it but it never would work. We did not ask Princess about it because we just chose to drive to the nearby beach. We loved that beach, there was never anyone there. The only issue for us there was that we think we got chiggers from walking across the field to get to the beach. We did have on bug spray. One of my favorite parts of the house was being able to hear and see the coqui frogs every night!

Great house, great location

We spent a great 6 days here. We found everything we needed, everything was super clean. We slept very well. There are lots of excursions to do in the area. The kids were always excited about a round on the golf cart. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back

Amazing experience!

This was the perfect place to spend a vacation! The house is absolutely adorable! Perfect little patio in the backyard. It has all the amenities and items you would need for your stay! Cocoa Beach was such a short distance away and we were the only ones on the beach! So peaceful and relaxing to have our own beach! Perfect place to stay! Would definitely come back!

Puerto Rico relaxation

Our family had a wonderful stay at the property. Great amenities. Close location to great beaches and El Yunque. Very safe and peaceful location. Local beach was a little further than anticipated, but the added bonus of a golf cart was very appreciated.

Great Short Stay For Us

The condo was very cute and comfortable. Everything was as described. Maybe even better! The three bedrooms were large and comfortable. The beds are firm and the bedding is nice. The kitchen and living area was adequate. Very nice patio and garage area. The condo was clean and stocked with all the necessities and then some. Safe location and easy to get to. The condo is to a beautiful golf resort/golf course. There is a small beach close but I was not a fan of that beach. Good communication between the host. Check in and out was easy. My small complaint is that the air conditioner in the main living area seemed inadequate for that size of that space. We couldn’t get it as cool as we preferred. But I do understand I’m in the Caribbean and things are different here. I am spoiled by central air conditioning at home. I would recommend this condo. It was a good choice for us.

Our 3rd time

Everything was great once again. This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Puerto Rico. It’s in a safe location and within 30 minutes of many tourist areas and of course beaches. The house has everything you need and almost half the cost of many hotels
