Tucked away in the tropical paradise of Coco Beach Golf and Country Club in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. With view of El Yunque National Forest, welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home that sleeps 6. Kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony. Have fun hanging out downstairs in the patio sitting area with BBQ and awesome breeze.

You don’t have to bring anything, only food and your bathing suits, because everything is provided in the house such as towels, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and utensils to cook your meals. All Bathrooms include basic toiletries and have hot water. It is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room, Netflix, Hulu, TV, and WIFI all included.

Walking distance to both the Beach and Golf Course. We offer Free Parking and Golf Cart (not a mode of transportation and at time it goes under maintenance) available to use and take to the beach.

Our Villas Del Mar neighborhood offers: Beach access, parking lot is located on the left side across from the Golf Club House.

There is plenty to do whether you golf, want to horseback ride, zip line, hang out in the waterfalls nearby in the Rain Forest, take the ferries to see the beautiful nearby Islands of Culebra, and Vieques, a short 30 Minute drive to the Bioluminescent Bay Tours or just relax by the beach every day.

- 6 guests max. Extra guests will be charge an extra +$25.00 fee daily per guest.

Absolutely loved this property! The host had everything you could need to be comfortable and enjoy your stay (lounging areas - hammocks, games, and so many other toys for outdoors); definitely something for everyone.

Princess’s property was amazing for our group of 5 people. We enjoyed the area close to el Yunque, and Luquillo beach. The gated community gave us an extra sense of security and the golf course had amazing views! Felt straight out of a movie!! Her property was clean, just as described and she truly has everything you will need for your stay. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. The only thing I would say is the beach access could’ve been better. But we still enjoyed it! Just couldn’t get in the water due to the amount of rocks. We were the only ones there when we went so it felt nice to have some privacy from the other crowded beaches.

It was a wonderful experience! Truly appreciate the attention to details. It’s not easy traveling with toddlers but when everything is well thought out and the safety of young children considered, you have no choice but to relax! All the amenities were wonderful and the environment/neighborhood is breathtaking! Thank you so much for a great experience in San Juan!

Beautiful place. Very well kept, organized and a plus for the electric generator. One evening we came back and we heard a noise in the yard. It was the generator on! Neighbor lost power, we don’t know why, and the generator got on, so we were able to walk in a cool house after a long day out. The next morning everything was quite. We got the power back and the generator got off by itself

Charming home with all the amenities that you could possibly need. Very clean, organized and beautifully decorated. It was very warm during our stay so the extra fans in the bedrooms were very appreciated. Very comfy and cozy. The gold cart was was such a bonus and there is a lovely area downstairs for gathering, grilling and relaxing. The only thing I would say to be aware of is that the bathrooms didn’t draw enough power to work my blow dryer but that was easily solved by going into another room. Great stay, safe and gated neighborhood.

Great Place! Very clean with extremely responsive host. The villa provides everything you may need for your vacation stay. We loved having coffee on the balcony and in the lush tropical backyard. It is very close to El Yunque and a short trip to Luquillo Beach with all its Kiosks.

Great location to see eastern PR - Old San Juan, the beaches of Luquillo, Fajardo and ferry access to Culebra/Vieques. Very short drive to El Yunque hikes. The house was plush with amenities that were very helpful (washer/dryer with detergent), beach supplies, a golf cart, etc.

Nice place

The place was really well kept. It was easy to check in and out and the communication was great. Close to everything. The beach was eroded but there just had been some recent heavy rains. That is no fault of the owner and I was told they do repair it. Overall really nice place

Beautiful island getaway

We had an absolutely amazing time. The house was extremely cozy and fully stocked with everything you need for the beach, as well as a fully stocked kitchen to cook a good meal. We loved the golf cart to get around the premises. It was a secure community. Princess was very responsive and communicative. Would definitely come and stay at this property again.

Amazing

My family stayed here April of 2025. We had the best experience and so far my favorite of all house rentals I've stayed at. The back yard makes you feel like you are in your own private world. The house was very clean and everything was provided. The community is also very safe and quiet. Princess was so communicative and extremely quick to respond. She answered all my questions clearly. When ever there was an issue it was taken care of immediately. I was also here for the island wide blackout and the property generator kicked on right away and saved us. I highly recommend this home away from home.

Had a great stay! The house has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Great location. Owner is very responsive. Plugs in both bathrooms run the curling irons really low and would not run a blowdryer, but there was an extension cord available so I was able to use a blowdryer in the bedroom. The blowdryer in the house did not work though so I purchased one. Those things are trivial and just more for an fyi. Would definitely stay again!!

Small house, different neighborhood, decent location

The patio area was very nice and shaded. The house was extremely hot when we arrived — A/C took a while to make manageable, but then it was fine. The house was a little unkempt and outdated - and the golf cart had a flat tire so we were unable to use it for the stay. The welcome book was outdated as well. For example, Still referencing COVID closures and some restaurants that were no longer current/open and the neighborhood pool being closed - but it was open/accessible. Location-wise - most local attractions were about 45 minutes away. The neighborhood/neighbors were loud - there were engines revving and yelling most days - which made it seem a little unwelcoming. For what was pictured and the reviews, we expected something a little different. But the property met the value.

Clean and Comfy

We loved our stay here! It was conveniently close to everything we needed, but felt tucked away and safe. We enjoyed the golf course and beautiful beaches. The beds were very comfortable! The house was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need!

Great home base for exploring eastern PR

We had a great stay here. It's a very short drive to Luquillo for the beach and kioskos, and to Fajardo for snorkeling trips or the ferry. The gulf cart is a fun way to get to the lovely beach right on the property where we found tons of shells and had fun watching the crabs. We had the whole beach practically to ourselves the whole time we were there. The house was clean and well appointed, with beach towels and toys. Everything you need in the kitchen including seasonings and coffee. We had trouble with the oven but that may have been user error. If definitely recommend this house to anyone. It's a safe, comfortable home with a great owner who communicates well. 5 stars.

Girls 50th birthdays getaway

Communication was fabulous! The property was great. I only left a 4 star on the accuracy and check in as i couldn't print the directions as we were already on the way to airport, and it's a 20 minute walk to the beach, but 5 minutes on the golf cart. We really enjoyed our trip!
