Welcome to your tropical escape, tucked away in the stunning Coco Beach Grand Reserve Golf and Country Club in Río Grande, Puerto Rico, with views of El Yunque National Rainforest.

This vacation rental was perfect for the ocassion. It was super clean and packed with everything we needed to make this trip a success. The golf cart was a major plus as a very great and reliable source of transportation. The owner was super prompt with communication and addressed any questions or concerns we may have had. Highly recommended for your stay in Puerto Rico.

We had a wonderful stay at this Rio Grande property! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and a great place for our family to relax and enjoy our time in Puerto Rico. We truly enjoyed the property and the overall experience.There were a few amenities that were unfortunately unavailable during our stay, including the golf cart, the downstairs TV, and the pool, which was closed. While we would have loved to enjoy those features, they did not take away from the great time we had.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated having such a nice space to call home during our trip. Thank you for having us!

We’re so happy to hear that you enjoyed the house and had a great stay. ❤️ Just to clarify a few things mentioned in your review: the downstairs TV has now been replaced. The golf cart occasionally needs maintenance and, unfortunately, those situations can sometimes happen without much advance notice. Also, we don’t have a pool at the property, which is why a pool is not included in our listing or advertised as an amenity. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have you guys stay with us again in the future! 🌴☀️

This was our favorite VRBO stay of a long trip. This home is beautifully decorated and everyone wanted to stay longer. The outdoor spaces are inviting and the beds are so comfortable. This is a real winner - close to attractions but you won't want to leave the house!

Great, responsive host, nice amenities included in the house, very comfortable for making meals to eat al fresco dining, and easy to make breakfast at our leisure. Loved the proximity to the secluded beach for strolling, and the house beach towels for use.

This property was intentionally curated to make the visitor field welcome and at home. It had everything we needed and was wonderfully decorated, the pictures don’t do it justice. This family of five, which included a five year-old enjoyed every aspect of the property. It even had toys for the five year-old to play with and supplies for the beach. The plethora of outdoor spaces allowed our individual family members to be able to take breaks of solitude whenever they needed. A simply lovely stay with a well stocked kitchen, and everything you need to be comfortable and happy.

Our family of 6 adults could not have been happier with our stay here in Rio Grande. The gated community was beautiful and safe. The spacious, and tastefully decorated home is absolutely stunning, with a well equipped kitchen, bar, games, and beach equipment. We enjoyed sitting on the patios for morning coffee, and evening drinks, and relaxing in the hammocks. The beds were comfortable, each room had an AC unit, and there was a bathroom and shower for everyone. It was the perfect location to visit San Juan, Luquillo Beach, El Yunque, and the Bioluminescent Bay. Princess is very responsive, helpful, and was the perfect host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don’t miss this one!!
