Tucked away in the tropical paradise of Coco Beach Grand Reserve Golf and Country Club in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. With views of El Yunque National Rainforest. Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath home private office that sleeps 8. Stocked Kitchen, a wet bar with wine fridge, living room, dining room, and 3 balconies and a terrace. Have fun hanging out downstairs in the patio sitting area with BBQ and awesome breeze. You don’t have to bring anything, only food and your bathing suits, because everything is provided in the house such as towels, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and utensils to cook your meals. All Bathrooms include basic toiletries and has hot water. It is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms, living room, and dining room Netflix, Hulu, Roku TVs, and high-speed internet, WIFI are all included. Walking distance to both the Beach and Golf Course. We offer 2 Free Parking and there is a Golf Cart available to use (not a mode of transportation and at times it goes under maintenance) and take to the beach. Our Villas Del Mar neighborhood offers: Beach access, the beach parking lot is located on the left side across from the Golf Club House. There is plenty to do whether you golf, want to horseback ride, zip line, hang out in the waterfalls nearby in the Rain Forest, take the ferries to see the beautiful nearby Islands of Culebra, and Vieques, a short 30 Minute drive to the Bioluminescent Bay Tours or just relax by the beach every day. Family Vacation Near a Beach

My family of 6 all loved the house. It was comfy and had several places to either gather or escape to read or relax. My 2 adult sons, and their gals, loved the quick trek to the beach for sunny during the day and enjoying the sunset. Security in the area was impressive, neighbors were quiet and communication with Princess great! I highly recommend!

Amazing location

The house is gorgeous. The outside living areas are perfection and so fun for hanging around after a day at the local beach, or an evening drink or two. Such a quiet neighborhood, perfectly located near many activities and great restaurants. The golf cart to the beach was so much fun. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms well stocked, and plenty of outdoor supplies available including beach towels, chairs, coolers, and toys for outside play. The house was very clean, but many of the dishes were dirty upon arrival so we felt the need to wash them all. I would recommend leaving some cleaning supplies behind so we can wipe down counters and tables throughout the stay. Otherwise she had everything you could need there in the house including sun screen, bug spray, candles, games. Princess was readily available for questions and full of suggestions on where to go and places to eat. The guest book in the home is a great idea. We got many suggestions from there as well. Overall, you will LOVE this house and its location. A very sweet tropical getaway surrounded by lovely plants.

Wonderful house and host

The house is super well equipped, decorated, and really comfortable and functional. The beds were super comfortable too and Princess has been a fantastic host, she replied to all our messages very quickly and she was very very helpful the whole time. Thank you Princess! God willing we will come again!!!

A GREAT WEEK

This property is perfect for familie a of 5 to 8 people. Kitchen well stocked. Keurig machine. Perfect location to go to food store and bakeries. Easy drive to airport.

Perfect place for two couples

We needed a place with two master level rooms. This place allowed each couple to have a full floor. Extremely spacious.

Wedding Affair

Entrance to community is beautiful and secured. The house is beautifully decorated and the layout of the rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen together with sitting areas provided spacious comfortable setting for the family to relax and enjoy.

Excellent place to stay with family!

The property is excellent—well-maintained, fully equipped, and perfect for a beach vacation. It’s conveniently located near El Yunque National Park, making it a great choice for families looking to stay outside the main San Juan area. The host is very responsive, and communication is quick and easy. The only suggestion I’d make is to upgrade the old-style gas oven, as it can be a bit tricky to use, especially with kids around. Aside from that, everything else was top-notch. Highly recommend!

Amazing house with amazing location

Property was great and the location was great as well. It was secure and it was peaceful. San Juan was not far and great places to visit were close by. Host was amazing and very responsive. Overall a great location to stay at.

Dream vacation

We had such a great vacation! The house was just as described and had anything we could need, especially in the kitchen. We loved the golf cart and enjoyed driving to see the sunset every night. The owner was always quick to respond with any questions we had. If we ever make it back to Puerto Rico, we’d definitely stay here again.

Puerto Rico Vacation

Princess is an amazing Hostess!! The location is absolutely perfect! The home is beautiful, clean , everything you need for anything was easily available. Two babies 1 & 2 had everything they needed to be safe and entertained. A/C and washer/ dryer a huge plus! Our experience with the home is a 5 star+. Thank you for sharing your home ! This VRBO was excellent and impeccably clean! The owner runs a great operation with timely communications, detailed instructions, and bonus amenities within a beautiful comfortable home. It should be noted that this home is a gem within a neighborhood that has lost its luster.

Perfect welcome to Puerto Rico

Our family LOVED our stay in this well stocked, lovely home! The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms had everything you needed or possibly forgot from home, there were ample towels (including beach towels), a large washer and dryer to keep us clean, yard games, and beach accessories. The house was CLEAN and we felt very comfortable. My favorite spot was in one of the hammocks on the lower deck in the shade. We were close to all the activities/places we wanted to visit on the Northeast side of the island ~ about 20 minutes to El Yunque, about 40 to Fajardo (Luguna Grande Bioluminescent Bay) and about 50 to Old San Juan. The best part of all was the VERY fast response and care from the owner. She contacted us when the internet went down and called the company while we were ziplining in the rainforest, she answered all my questions within an hour, and even reached out to make sure we were watching the weather and aware of increased danger for rip tides after the storm passed. I would 1000% recommend this lovely home to anyone looking to enjoy some time on the northeast side of the island.

Wonderful home to stay at while exploring Puerto Rico!

This home is beautiful, clean, spacious, and has very confortable beds. Every morning we felt so rested and had no problems making breakfast in the huge kitchen. The whole family was able to eat meals together at the dining table, which made the trip even better. Never had any issues with plenty of hot water with everyone showering. The home had everything we needed for our adventures and trips to the beaches. We explored Old San Juan, Isla Verde, Playa Luquillo, Playa Azul, Seven Seas Beach, Playa Colorá, took a tour of Cabezas de San Juan and the oldest lighthouse, rode a horse on the beach, explored El Yunque, took sunset family photos on the tree swing at Coco beach. Playa Colorá was our favorite beach. Only complaints would be the freezer doesn’t make enough ice and the cooler handle is hard to extend out. I highly recommend this house for a stay in Puerto Rico and would stay here again and again.

Better than we imagined!

Our family of 7 recently stayed in this amazing home! The house was better than we imagined. Beautiful home and safe location. The house was fully stocked with everything and then some. The rooms were spacious and there was storage galore! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The laundry room was an added bonus and so was the golf cart! Communication with the host was amazing. You will not regret your stay here!

Wish we could have stayed longer

This place worked great for us. Four bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect along with a washer/dryer. Wish we could have stayed longer. Location was great for day trips to different places. We didn't make it to the beach nearby unfortunately. There was just so much to see and do. We loved having beach chairs and a cooler to use. Didn't use the golf cart, but might have had we stayed longer or didnt have a rental car. We loved the patio and had dinner out there a couple times and enjoyed just hanging out there. Tile was a little slippery though. Overall great place!
