Wake up to ocean views from your private balcony in this charming, coastal-themed villa just steps from the beach. Located on the second floor near the front of the building, this bright and breezy space features a comfortable king bed, queen sleeper sofa, and a recently updated shower/tub.
The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in easy that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker. We’ve stocked the villa with beach chairs, bikes, games, and beach toys to make your Hilton Head stay fun and effortless! Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

We stayed here for 3 nights in May and unfortunately had some rainy days but this location is great. Close to restaurants and shops. Gorgeous beach on property. Nice pool, too. The condo is stocked with everything you need.

For a couple looking to fly in to HHI and have a low stress, beach front space, this property is a great choice. The access to bikes, pool, beach chairs and beach towels meant we could pack light and enjoy from the first moment we arrived. Walks on the beach and delicious meals at Nectar and Tio’s were the highlights!

Perfect beachfront getaway! The host was an excellent communicator with impressively quick response times. The condo was exceptionally clean and well equipped, with plenty of kitchen amenities for a longer stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the linens were soft, and there were plenty of bathroom and beach towels.The bikes were easily accessible and in great working condition—a wonderful bonus for exploring the area. We also loved the thoughtful welcome touches: delicious custom-made beach-themed cookies and a couple of complimentary beverages.The beachfront location tied it all together. It was the perfect birthday getaway for a couple of new retirees, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ***Villa was ready before our tentative check in making it a pleasant surprise!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The only thing I would recommend is that the balcony needs some attention regarding the sliding door and the broken grating on the air conditioner. Overall, everything needed was provided and the apartment was clean. We believe that my wife mistakenly left some clothes in the bedroom nightstand. I have sent a text message to the Villa management company that we dealt with concerning check in, etc., but we have not received a reply.

I looked back on our message thread and responded to you 28 minutes after you asked if the clothes were found, I am just waiting on you to give me an address to send it to.

We enjoyed having nice bikes available for our use! It was so convenient to everything and nice to park the car and forget about it!The condo was clean and well equipped. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful location and a cozy spot to enjoy all the island has to offer. The host was also very helpful and communicative. Would love to come back some day!

We had a great stay in a great location. The property is close to the action. Great for restaurants, shopping and the beach. The balcony was a peaceful respite with a view of the water. The bikes were appreciated to quickly head to other spots or ride along the beautiful beach. Responsive host and clean property. Great way to expand our stay for a wedding and take in great food and leisure.

This condo is well equipped, parking is good, direct path to the beach. We utilized the beach cruiser bikes a lot. The sofa sleeper mattress is very uncomfortable but it didn't cause any issues. Walkable to Coligny plaza etc. Host was very responsive and great.

My husband and I came to the Beaufort/Bluffton areas in 2001. I was a ‘traveler’ for the hospital in Beaufort, we fell in love with the area and decided to stay! We have one son that loves to be near the beach as well. I work in Beaufort and my husband works in Savannah, so Bluffton is a good in between for the both of us. We absolutely love Hilton Head Island. We go down and enjoy it as much as we can. Although we are only about 20 minutes away, we always feel like we are on vacation when we go to the beach. The people are always friendly and the restaurants are great! We love our life here! We bought a condo in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort when we first decided to buy and sold it a year later to buy the condo we currently have. We wanted to be in the South Forest Beach area, we feel there is more to do and want to be able to offer our guests those accommodations. We hope you enjoy our villa as much as we do!
