Enjoy your stay at the beach, in this wonderfully remodeled one bedroom condominium, with breath taking views of the ocean from the living room and balcony. It is the perfect location for those seeking rest and relaxation at the beach or by the pool. The pool is conveniently located a few steps away from the sand and just below the condo, Also, restaurants, grocery store, gift shops, movie theatre, ice cream parlor, coffee shop, and much more and all just a few steps away!
This condo features a bedroom with a king size bed and flat screen TV. The bathroom has granite tops and tile, and features a new tub and glass tile walls. The living area has a new sofa bed, TV and DVD, a kitchen with all major appliances, cabinets, and granite counter tops. There is a new washer, dryer and a private balcony with views of ocean, beach, and pool. Beautiful new flooring.
The entire condo has new flooring, new king mattress and headboard, end tables, lamps and drapes. We just painted it a beautiful dusty blue/gray. It is a serene bedroom retreat!

Our new elevator is operational and it is wonderful - quiet and smooth ride. It is located very near to our unit.


The TVs have Spectrum cable with all your favorite television choices.

The condo is perfect for a couple, has everything you need for your stay and was comfortable and clean. Close by to all shops and walking distance to restaurants as well. Communication and checking in was seamless, the hosts were very accommodating.

Great getaway spot for a quick beach getaway for me and my daughter! The Breakers is in the perfect spot right near coligny plaza and on the beach! We rented a car to get from tthe Savannah airport and back thinking we'd use it on the island, but walked everywhere and never had to get in the car because everything we needed was right there! Great communication from the host, and nice clean condo with everything we needed! Would stay again without hesitation!

This is our second time staying at the breakers condominium complex. We love the close proximity to Coligny and all it has to offer. This condo was laid out perfectly, very clean and tastefully decorated. RealizeThat all the condos there are smaller, only one bedroom, but the host has made sure that there is a ton of storage, and we never felt cramped. Would most definitely recommend!

Location was amazing, host was responsive and helpful. Cleanliness could have been better , the floors were turning our feet black and something was spilled next to the bed that wasn't mopped up. There was a small dead bug on the bed when we arrived and the sliding glass door was covered in dirty handprints and film. The pan in the oven had leftover food on it as well. Overall was a good stay but definitely could have been cleaner.

This rental worked great for us. Great location, nice place on the beach, and close to many shops and restaurants. Check-in was easy and efficient, and communication with the host was excellent.

Anniversary trip

My husband and I had a great weekend stay at this property. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars and a short drive to even more. The property was simple and clean, perfect for a short stay.

Great location and super property manager

My wife and I were at HHI to volunteer for a golf tournament. The property location was very convenient and the check-in/check-out process was simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We had a great stay! The location is very conveniently located across from Coligny Plaza and right on the beach. Parking and check in were both very easy, and Connie was a great host!

I am a retired school teacher who enjoys people, traveling, reading, and grandchildren! My husband and I have been married for 56 years. We raised two beautiful daughters and now enjoy three grandchildren. Our younger daughter, son-in-law have lived in Hilton Head since 2004. Cody, their son, was born in 2005 and is now 16 years old. We love to watch him in sports. Our older daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters as of June 2017 have been living full time in Hilton Head. We are feeling so blessed to be at the beach and have our family so near to us.

We live on Hilton Head and decided to invest in a rental property at Coligny Beach. We think it is one of the most beautiful beaches in the United States and we love our time spent at the ocean and the convenience of the shopping!

What we enjoy about our condo is its location right on the ocean. We are just steps to the sand. The condo has been remodeled and it is beautifully and tastefully furnished. For our renters, you can call us any time day or night to take care of any of your renting needs. We live in nearby Shipyard Plantation.
