We had a great stay here! Hosts were nice and communicated properly. Home was very tidy/clean. We appreciated that parking here was super easy as well. Would stay again and recommend :)

Hosts were very accommodating! The space was well appointed with thoughtful touches provided. Bed was supremely comfortable after two nights camping.

We enjoyed our stay in the character unit. We found it was well appointed & met our needs. It's located in a quiet leafy neighbourhood near parks, eateries, & the city was never more than a 20min drive away. Our hosts were responsive. Street parking was never an issue. A lovely place to base yourself while visiting Denver.

Second time staying here. Definitely my first choice now for any events at Empower Field. Comfortable bed, great neighborhood, and super close to the stadium. Will be back.

This was the finest, most well-appointed, furnished rental I have had the pleasure to experience. The attention to detail was impressive, the manual to understand the ins and out of the property very well laid out and communicated clearly! The neighborhood very quiet and peaceful, with a selection of restaurants and stores not far. This is my new business travel strategy ... enjoy an area, be able to eat healthy and sleep well! The house was just what we needed. It was the perfect size for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and the hosts were wonderful. They were helpful and replied quickly when we needed them.

Delightful October stay in this eclectic Denver neighborhood

Great one bedroom apartment in wonderful and very walk-able neighborhood. Well laid out apartment. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Good size bedroom with closet and storage space. Very clean. Wonderful, attentive hosts. This was a perfect option for us as we visited family in the area. We highly recommend this unit near Sloan Lake.

Perfect property for a couple

We had a great stay. The property had high quality finishes, was cozy with plenty of space, was well stocked with coffee, drinks, treats, nice touches throughout, had a great shower, comfortable bed, lots of soft towels, and is in a nice quiet neighborhood close to LoHi, Sloan's Lake and Mile High Stadium. It was perfect for a couple for a weekend or more. None of the following were a concern for us as one can surmise from our 5 star review, but others may want to be aware that there is a little bit of noise (footsteps) that can be heard upstairs, and the cooktop and oven were both counter top designs as opposed to a full stove/oven. All that said, we would stay here again without hesitation.

The garden apartment was lovely! Nice private entrance and decorated very nicely. I’ve never had a VRBO that was so well stocked. This home not only went above and beyond on appliances (rice cooker and blender, toaster oven and cooktop) but also provided complimentary coffee and drinks and snacks which is above and beyond.The only negatives were the shower and the sound. You can hear every footstep and sound from upstairs, which for a light sleeper like me was difficult. I heard footsteps late into the night and very early (pre 7am) that woke me. On the third night I moved to the pullout bed in the kitchen area and that was less noisy. The sink has great water pressure but the shower had none. It took forever to wash my hair. Overall highly recommend the unit and loved the neighborhood! The hosts were responsive when I messaged.

I want to start this by saying we booked the room because we thought we were staying in an old Victorian home. Where we stayed was actually the root cellar that was turned into an apartment. Under the home. We didn’t get to see anything but the front of the home. We felt like the ad for the room was deceiving. You can also hear them walking around upstairs and we hear this well after 10pm. You can also hear when they flush a toilet. The fly trap above the door smelled awful. Other than that, the apartment was beautifully done and was very comfortable. They had nice shampoo and conditioner in the shower. It was clean and smelled good. Everything was easy to get to and the home is in a beautiful neighborhood close to everything we needed. It was a very nice apartment.

The space was amazing! The hosts were amazing and accommodating to our neediness. I really like that it was centrally located to everything we wanted to do on our trip, nothing seemed more than 10-15 minutes away. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to get some groceries and not have to eat out for every meal. Very impressed, would look into booking again when we make it back out to Denver!
