Thank you for staying at Chatham Square Garden Apartment and for your thoughtful review. I’m glad the space, off‑street parking, and location made your visit easy and that you enjoyed Forsyth Park’s farmers market. I apologize for the confusion from our recent information platform change — we’re refining our instructions and communications so future guests don’t experience that. We’d be happy to host you again. - The Lucky Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the location, found your stay comfortable, and appreciated the walkability of the property. We’re sorry to hear that noise from the upstairs unit affected your ability to relax and sleep in during your vacation. We understand how important a restful stay is, especially when you're hoping to enjoy a slower pace while away. While some noise can be expected in multi-unit buildings, we regret that it impacted your overall experience. We truly appreciate your honest comments and thank you for choosing Lucky Savannah. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and help you find another property that may be an even better fit for your next visit. The Lucky Team
