Host was very helpful and accommodating and easy to get a hold of. Bathrooms clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. Kitchen had all the necessities. Was great that unit qualified for free beach chairs and umbrella. Only negative was the unit was showing signs of aging, needing some updates, but overall would recommend staying here.

We had a very smooth rental process- even with a hurricane. Bill was great at communicating and keeping us updated. We had to delay by a day but Bill made sure everything was smooth. We had a great week!

The room was amazing. Very clean with a great beach view. The check in and out process was very easy and staff was super nice. The host was easy to contact. We had no issues and look forward to staying here again!

Our stay was great! The only small problem we had was the WiFi, but bill got everything fixed for us. Overall we had an amazing time. Our unit was cute and comfy!

Bill was great! We had a small issue with the passcode for the condo when we arrived and within 5 minutes, he had it fixed! Very attentive and easy to get in touch with! The condo was immaculate! Would definitely recommend! Location was perfect!

Rooms are really clean , fresh and updated. Nice complex too. Had an issue with the door code but messaged him and got right back with us and we got it figured out. Owner is very accessible and responsive to your needs. Coming back for sure!

Girls trip was excellent. Bill's property was exceptional. Beds were very comfy, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our delicious meals. Communication with Bill was very easy and he responded promptly when we had trouble getting into the condo because of the door code. We will definitely will be booking with him. 10/10 recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay! Very clean and nicely maintained condo with beautiful views of the ocean. Beach and pool were easily accessible. The included chairs and umbrella on the beach were a nice touch. Beach staff were kind and helpful. Property was well maintained. Elevators were quick. Ample parking available. In unit laundry was a bonus. Overall, we had no complaints. Our kiddos are already asking to go back! Thank you!

Beautiful unit with a perfect location. The views from this 13th floor unit are amazing. We were able to view dolphins multiple mornings right from the balcony. Our interaction with Bill was pleasant and helpful. This was our second stay at this unit and will visit again.
