First Time In Destin

It was our first time in this part of Florida. The location is amazing and close to lots of restaurants and shops. The condo was one of the cleanest Vrbo I have ever stayed in. I would absolutely stay again. The views of the ocean are amazing from the living room and balcony. It was so nice to walk right to the private beach!!!!!

Million Dollar Views

We spent a week in the condo overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and the pristine beaches of Destin Florida! Our stay was enhanced by the beautiful condo and views. We immediately felt like we were at home and our host Bill was very receptive to our needs. We would be happy to stay here again and cannot wait until next year!

Wonderful stay

Bill was very responsive and accommodated for some changes with check in/out that we needed. The location was tremendous and also it being fenced in and very private was a big plus. Very clean and neat when we arrived! There is no worry about forgetting something because Bill had everything there for you....kitchen utensils, extra towels, extra soap, more hangars to use, ect. Would definitely stay again!!!

AMAZING!!

Our adult kids joined us for 12 days and we all loved the Condo. It's wonderful to see the dolphins in the morning and again at happy hour. We will be back for the 3rd time.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time visiting Destin at Emerald Towers. This unit is newly renovated and was very comfortable during our stay. The two king beds were a plus. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Having beach chairs included was a huge plus. The view from our condo was amazing. Watching Dolphins and Stingrays swim each day was so fun. I would definitely recommend this condo and will more than likely come back to stay in the future.

Nicely Updated

Four moms on a girls trip really enjoyed this property. The unit has new flooring, paint, countertops, light fixtures and hardware. It has a fresh, new look. The trip back and forth to the beach was quick and easy. The elevators were always available. Granted, half of the building was under construction because the balconies were getting new rails and the building was being painted. This likely contributed to the lack of traffic on the elevators. The construction did not bother us, though. The beach area was clean and the rules of the private beach were enforced. We enjoyed the chair service. The water was clear. The checkout cleaning procedures were minimal. We will def return.

Quick Destin Getaway

The property was properly portrayed online. The balcony and the view was tremendous! Super close to the private beach. Having an umbrella and two beach chairs included with our room was a fantastic benefit. The proximity of the parking lot and the beach to our condo made everything extremely convenient. We were walking distance to a number of places on Hwy 98. The condo itself was very nice for a family of 4. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful. The kitchen was nice and well-stocked with everything one would need. The extra beach chairs and boogie boards that were provided were great for our kids. The bathrooms and kitchen appliances were a bit dated, but worked well. Watching the dolphins from the balcony each morning was a highlight! One issue we had was on first arrival we did not have the gate code to enter the property, but night security guard Jim was awesome and a great help. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location & amenities

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this condo at Emerald Towers. We have stayed in other Destin resorts before but this has been our favorite. The facility is older but well maintained. Staff on site was very helpful and courteous. The grounds are kept so nice and clean! We always saw someone cleaning (as germophobes we appreciated that🤣). The pool was perfect for my 4 year old who was intimidated by the ocean or when we needed to switch things up. Water temp was perfect and it was never overly crowded which was a huge plus. The gate to enter the resort both from the road and beach have codes and is a nice security feature. We liked knowing not every Tom, Dick & Harry could come through. The beach & beach access - incredible and you’re RIGHT there. The sand and water are breathtaking and can’t even be described in words - you just have to experience it yourself! We’ve traveled many places but always come back to Destin because the beaches are superior. The perk of having chair service included with Bills condo is a GREAT addition. As for the condo itself, it’s lovely! Decorated so cute and bright; just what you want to walk into. Exactly as expected with the exception of the couch and love seat - they’ve definitely seen better days and need replaced but we put spare sheets over and had no problems. We didn’t come to sit on the couch anyways 🙂Beds in both bedrooms were VERY comfortable and so were the pillows. The kitchen was equipped with essentials - pans, dinnerware, silverware, etc. There really wasn’t an excess of supplies though - we had half a roll of paper towels and only one garbage bag for our 5 day stay which was a little disappointing. We utilized Publix delivery and got any basics needed but would’ve appreciated extra replacements that were already there! Overall, 5 star stay at a 5 star resort. Will definitely be back and stay here! Thanks for the hospitality.

Beautiful unit with a perfect location. The views from this 13th floor unit are amazing. We were able to view dolphins multiple mornings right from the balcony. Our interaction with Bill was pleasant and helpful. This was our second stay at this unit and will visit again.

The condo is in a beautiful place right on the beach. Unfortunately the owner gave me wrong information that I specifically asked about before booking. I wanted to know if we had beach front row chairs and umbrellas. I was only booking if this was going to be the case. The owner said we would have front row but we didn’t. 3rd row back and 2nd row. He said to ask for Steve and I did, he was a jerk. I didn’t spend all this money to not have a front row beach spot to enjoy our vaca. I have never had any issues with any place before. We only came to sit on the beach and nothing else and we had to look at the back of the front row people. The place wasn’t ready when we got there so we all waited in the heat until they were done. The toilet and faucet in the main bathroom needed small repairs but I didn’t want anyone to come in so we just dealt with it. The pool was nice and there are bbq grills that anyone can use.

My stay at this condo was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be anymore happier. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The place was in great shape everything was up kept. They included everything you needed for your stay. They even included an umbrella and 2 chairs for the beach. Which would have been 50 a day. The host was always there to answer any questions. I definitely will be returning, and definitely recommend.

Fantastic condo and location!!

We were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful condo. Bill was very easy to work with, and communicated quickly with any question I had. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival, with plenty of towels/linens in each bathroom as well as the kitchen. We also took advantage of an extra beach chair in the condo closet, and we really liked having the beach umbrella and two chairs waiting on us in front of Emerald Towers each day. If we travel to Destin in the future, we’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Experience

We had a fantastic stay at Bill’s condo. The condo and property was spotless, I have to say probably the cleanest I have stayed at. Bill was responsive to my questions even making an exception for the # of night we wanted to stay. And of course the view and beach was absolutely breathtaking.

Everything was great and pictures showed exactly what it would be like. The only thing was the dishwasher stopped. Working in the middle of our trip, but Bill responded quickly and is sure to get it fixed. I hope to come back!
