This new home away from home at 121 Hoxie Ave,Charlestown Rhode Island is located approximately 500 feet from Ninigret Pond and less than a mile to beautiful East Beach. With 1500 square feet, two full baths and 3 bedrooms, up to 8 people can sleep comfortably. Additional amenities, such as the 1 car garage and warm outdoor shower to remove salt and sand from a fun day at the beach, make this house just the right size for your family to create a lasting memory. Enjoy grilling and lounging on our spacious 12' x 16' deck or relax in the Adirondack chairs on the front porch with a good book.

For family outings and day trips there are many other things to do in the area. Visit Mystic Aquarium and Seaport, or take a cliff walk by the Newport Mansions. A short drive away, Watch Hill offers local shops, homemade ice cream and the Flying Horse Carousel.

After a fun-filled day at the beach or visiting the many area attractions, come home and unwind in the cool central air by watching TV, a DVD, or playing a board game with the family. There is even the option of connecting to the world through WI-FI.

This vacation home comes with private beach parking and beach pass, access to Ninigret Pond, Bicycles and kayaks.

Great Peaceful Stay

Exactly as listed, great communication and great quiet location. We loved walking to the water, having access to the kayaks and even saw deer in the neighbors yard! Thank you.

wedding weekend

Home was spacious with plenty of room for five adults. We would have liked a later checkout time given that we had to strip the beds, do the dishes, sweep the floors, and take out trash and recycle.

Enjoyable rest

We wanted a quiet place where we could relax and go to the beach. The house was immaculate and the neighborhood quiet. Beaches were a short distance away.

Annual weekend

We LOVED your home! Everything was as portrayed and the location was perfect. We chose it to follow the Atlantis Rising event that we hit last year for the first time. As it turned out it was cancelled. We had a beautiful weekend and are hoping to book with you again for next year if you will graciously have us!

Fun late summer friends get-away

Comfy, clean and conveniently located beach home! This was the perfect spot for a few long-time friends to relax and have fun. We were lucky to to have amazing September weather to enjoy the beach. It is a great area to explore nature, shops, and restaurants. The owner provided lots of good information on the house and the area which was helpful.

Beautiful Beach House

We have been vacationing in this area with private beach for close to 20 years… we love the area and the house was comfortable and well equipped. We hope to continue our annual summer family tradition, spending time with family, nothing better than that.

Fantastic vacation!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It was nice to see the water from the house. The kayaks were a treat, and the private beach pass was amazing. The central air-conditioning and covered porch were highlights, as well. We can’t wait to go back!

FAMILY GETAWAY

My family and I had a wonderful stay at 121 Hoxie Ave. My husband and I stayed in many VRBO rentals and this home by far is the cleanest and well kept home we have ever stayed in! The proximity to the ocean was minutes by car or bike! It was a peaceful and pleasant experience!

House and location were perfect for our stay. Loved the kayaks & bikes. Would definitely stay again. Only issue was the queen beds could use new mattresses…and that wasn’t really an issue for a short stay.

Birthday getaway for a friend

The property is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy the stay. We enjoyed the weekend. We stayed in April so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor amenities, but there were plenty of them to enjoy.

We needed a place close to family for the Thanksgiving holiday. We hit the jackpot Lovely neighborhood I watched the sunrise every morning ! The house is clean and comfortable great kitchen (which is always a plus) nice back yard hopefully it won’t be our last stay.

The house is a few minutes walk from the pond where we kayaked. A quick drive to a lovely private beach with a parking lot. The house is ideal for 4-6 people. The game closet has many many games for all ages. The owner responded quickly to our questions.
