Great Weekend Stay

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and the accommodations couldn't have been nicer. The house was immaculately clean and spacious. It suited our needs perfectly. It was so nice to come back to Carl Jacks after a hot long day at fields.

Carl Jack’s Rehoboth Beach

The property that we stayed at, Carl Jack’s was just what we all needed as a family. The property was clean, cozy, and very peaceful.The property was also located in the middle of all of the fun things to do in Rehoboth Beach. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends. The host also made it very easy for the check-in checkout process and was very friendly.

Long weekend stay for me, my two grown kids and my mother-in-law. There was not one thing I could say was wrong with our stay…the home is gorgeous, spacious and absolutely immaculate! The location is perfect…walking distance to so much and short drives to everything else, and we were visited by four beautiful buck almost every evening and morning! Hosts were quick to respond and made the entire process simple and had lots of suggestions and tips for our stay! 10/10, highly recommend

Great host and great large house.

My friends and I had a great experience staying at this house. The house is quite large with an open layout and back deck, very comfortable for a group of 8 people. Mike was also very responsive and accommodating of our schedule. I will definitely consider this place for a future time.

Amazing House for a Great Getaway with Friends

We just completed our stay at this property in Rehoboth for a long weekend getaway among friends. The home is immaculate! Newly built with high end fixtures and state of the art everything. The screened-in porch is a mini oasis with seating for five plus a grill on the back deck. The sound system runs on Alexa with indoor and outdoor speakers. Smart TV was easy to use and equipped with Cable. Kitchen was stocked with ample dishes and pantry had tea, coffee, oatmeal, granola bars, blender and many other items to make your stay more comfortable. Location is great - more restaurants than you could ever patronize within walking and short driving distance. Just 10-15 minutes to the beach depending on traffic and outlet shopping galore plus several other attractions. We also went to the farmers market/winery on Sunday, plus go karting and played mini golf. Mike, our host was extremely nice, accommodating, responsive, helpful and friendly throughout our stay. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

Lax Tournament Stay

This was a great place that balances convenience and access to shopping, beaches, and travel to lax tournament fields. Mike was very accommodating with check in/out and was easy to communicate with. Probably one of the cleanest places we ever stayed and we have travel extensively. The bedrooms are large and could accommodate 6 adults. The grill and kitchen was great and easy to use. TVs are in every room with the ability to add your own accounts. The only negative which is not that big of a deal was the main TV still leveraged an Xfinity box. This should not be required and could be removed in favor of the App. Without the TV remote I was unable to add my own apps…could be user error though. Be prepared for heavy traffic. It’s annoying but unavoidable. A drive to Bethany beach is worth it. As is the seafood joint on the bayside. Net Net highly recommended.

The house was very clean, with 3 bedrooms all on one level, with a master bathroom that had a walk-in shower...needed for an elderly relative. There is also a screened back porch which was wonderful to listen to the birds chirping.I hope to have an opportunity to come back again!

Sisters Getaway

An awesome stay in a quiet neighborhood, and the house had everything we needed. We really appreciated the amenities of the house, such as the beach chairs, and the screened in deck to hang out. Beach, groceries and shopping were all easily accessible. Mike kept in touch during our stay and lived right next store if we needed anything (we didn’t but it was nice to know that Mike was accessible). We will certainly stay there again in the future.

PERFECT LOCATION

CarlJacks's is the perfect location for a visit to Rehoboth Beach, DE - with the historical town of Lewes only a 10 minute drive to the right and Rehoboth shopping and beach only 4 miles to the left, my friends and I found so much to see and explore. We also found time to drive to Assateague Natl Park (wild horses) and the town of Berlin in Maryland - both only an hour's drive from our VRBO rental.The three bedroom house itself was warm and inviting, new and beautifully done, everything needed was at our fingertips. Our favorite room was the screened-in deck where we daily found ourselves having morning coffee and evening cocktails. Surrounded by beautiful plants and foliage, observing vibrantly colored cardinals and deer, this is a very relaxing setting for catching up and sharing with friends.On recommendation, we enjoyed great nearby restaurants including Summer House, Stations of the Kings (bonus gift and floral offerings), and 1776 Steakhouse with a piano player - each was reasonably priced and quite delicious!Our hosts, Mike and Diane, are fantastic - very available with correspondence/rental needs, and local suggestions on sights, directions, the nearby ferry - very helpful in all areas. My friends and I already know CarlJack's in Rehoboth is a home we will definitely plan on revisiting!

We had a lovely vacation at Captain Jack’s. The house is newer and extremely clean. I am a clean freak, and this place passed my inspection. The house is conveniently located near the Tanger Outlets, Rehobath Beach Boardwalk, great restaurants and more! We loved Lewes Beach because it is a bit less crowded, although we enjoyed all the surrounding beaches. Overall great place to stay!

Home away from home

We found this house last minute after Hurricane Debby derailed our original vacation plans. The house was beautiful, better than the desription. Spotless when we arrived. Check in was super easy and the owner was so nice to work with. He even gave us great restaurant and beach recommendations. Just a short drive to multiple beaches and Rehoboth boardwalk. Dunkin within a 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Delaware!

Perfect Vacation Spot

We absolutely loved our stay at “Carl Jacks” in Rehobeth! The location to local spots (food, activities, shopping, etc) was perfect! Such a quick drive to the beach/boardwalk and just about anywhere we wanted to go. The home was beautiful and exceeded our expectations - clean, spacious, and felt like home! Communication with owners was easy and always quick, which helped make our travels even easier. We especially appreciated the added touch of recommendations for our stay. Absolutely would recommend and hope to be back one day!

We are very impressed with Carl Jack’s! Very clean, amenities are complete. Elegant decor. Beds are comfortable. The open layout is great for socialization and rooms offer privacy. Screened back porch comfortable. Grill provided. Location close to the beach, outlet stores, groceries,movie house and numerous great restaurants. Mike quickly responds to questions. This place is a gem! Highly recommended!

We have many experiences with the resturant scene, biking/walking trails thoughout Cape Henlopen State Park, shopping, breweries and are enthusiastic about sharing our experieinces with all of our guests.
