A lovely place to stay while exploring the fall splendor of Door County. Very conveniently located close to Sturgeon Bay. Loved the pool table and the view of the bay from the living room/ kitchen area. The pier below was also great!

Exceptional home and setting for our family!

A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood right on the lake. It was perfect for our multi generational family of 13. Ages 2 1/2 to 79. Lots of items in the adventure shed to keep everyone busy. Or just sit outside by the firepit. Beautiful sunrises.

Wonderful place with tremendous location right on the water with SUPs, kayaks, bikes, canoes, game room... perfect for your family getaway to Door County. Make sure you have the check in info handy before you arrive because you may not have good connection when you get here. The beds weren't the most comfortable in the world but all in all this was a tremendous extended weekend with my family and would totally stay here again.

Walleye Fishing Trip

We stayed at Sherwood Point Lodge for our annual fishing trip. The lodge was clean and very accommodating, plenty of parking and a great view. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Such a wonderful property, beyond our expectations! Spent a week with our older children and their families, made so many memories. Emily our host is amazing to work with.

Wonderful vacation property

The home's kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, cooking pots, etc. for a large group. We enjoyed the large driveway for playing hockey and other outside activities for the young people. The back deck was so relaxing. Loved having the kayaks and dock for fishing. The family also had a good time playing pool in the basement rec room. Overall everyone had a great time. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Sherwood Lodge was an serene setting for our family vacation.

I gathered a mix of seven adults and six kids (age 10-16) to celebrate my son’s 50th birthday. In contrast to his business and city life he requested a cabin in the woods and on water. Sherwood checked all the boxes! Everyone loved the pier and lake activities, the evenings around the fire pit, the kids made use of all the things in the ‘Activity Hut’. I also rate the cabin interior highly…. It too encouraged a take it slow and easy mood. And we made the drive into town several times. Sigh…. Our time at Sherwood was so fulfilling!! (Emily was so personable!)

Our family had a wonderful stay at Sherwood Point Lodge. The Lodge was beautiful- clean, well stocked and had everything we needed including a beautiful Christmas tree. The property manager, Emily, was so helpful! I would definitely recommend the Sherwood Point Lodge and am looking forward to our next stay.

Family reunion for Brennan siblings

Wonderful well stocked lodge with everything we needed. Scenery was gorgeous. Pool table was well used. We are in our 70’s -so overall managed well except we didn’t try to get the paddle boards down the stairs. Fun to watch the freighter & fishing boats. We enjoyed the sights in door county-went to fish boil, peninsula state park, potowami park, al Johnson’s restaurant with the goats. Also a winery. Mostly though it was comfortable to have conversations amongst ourselves.. we haven’t been altogether for five years.

Fully loaded is accurate! Especially kitchen: Found everything we needed and we definitely cooked. Beautiful, spacious home. Wonderful views even with icy lake. Several places in need of dusting. Blankets/throws with a good amount of pet or human hair. All in all an excellent stay.

Great location and fun activities

Great property - right on the water and not far from Sturgeon Bay. Family had a great time and were able to go out in kayaks and play table games. Excellent stay.
