Regarding the television, you did reach out during your stay and I responded with troubleshooting suggestions, including checking the internet connection, as it is a Smart TV and requires the proper connection/settings for streaming. After your departure, I personally checked the television and confirmed that it is working properly, so I’m unfortunately not sure what difficulty you were experiencing during your stay. As for the stairs, the cabin does include a loft area accessed by stairs, and we certainly understand that this may not be comfortable or suitable for every guest however we also have a same level bedroom for use. We truly want our guests to enjoy their stay and are always happy to help with anything we reasonably can. Thank you again for choosing Almost Heaven Hideaway, and we appreciate your feedback.
