This property was perfect for our visit to Athens, WV. The pet fee was so reasonable and there was everything our family needed to make our stay stressless and easy. Anita was so accommodating and understanding. We can't wait until our next stay here!!

Conveniently located in Athens and close to Princeton. Had a great time at the cottage and everything we needed was there.

We came here for my birthday The place was very clean and cute. The only suggestion would be to have smart TVs or fire sticks for down time. It was raining a little when we were there so we spent a good amount of time inside. But we had so much fun and the place was super cute and worth the price. Would stay here again!!

I love how cute this cottage is! It is in the perfect location for our visit with our daughter and grandchildren! The cottage is very clean and the decor is pretty. We loved watching the birds and squirrels on the back porch, too! We will definitely stay here again!

Cute house, good location for a quick visit to Pipestem State Park, on our way to South Carolina. Quiet/away from all the hotels near the highway.

We always enjoy our stays at the Red Bird Cottage. Anita is a great host and provides a great "home away from home" for our ski weekends!

Small 2 bedroom/2 bath house on a narrow, winding road. House was clean, yard was well-kept. One bedroom was 2 twin beds and the other was queen bed. TV in each bedroom and in living room but no service. We did have internet service. I have stayed with Anita before and personally prefer the other property--"Back to the 50's". Neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe.

Anita is an amazing host! This was our third stay and we plan to come again next year. The cottage is very clean and comfortable. Everything is carefully planned out for you to have all you need.

Red Bird Cottage was just the right size for the 3 of us; had everything we needed and more.

Really enjoyed our stay both times; will probably become our favorite half-way home overnight+ place to stay.

Great stay!

Such a cute, clean and cozy cottage for our stay in the area. Host had great communication and cottage had all the amenities. Definitely recommend!
