The prize of renting this home is enjoying the beautifully remodeled back yard. Relax in the outdoor living room under a covered roof, looking out over your private pool* (with a Baja deck) on tee #3 of the Dobson Ranch public golf course. Featuring spacious 3BR/2BA, beautiful furnishings, and a pool table. Located in a gated, QUIET, community inside of Dobson Ranch, minutes from freeways and within 30 minutes of Sky Harbor and Mesa/Gateway airports. Come relax in your own private oasis!

**Pool heating is NOW available!
We can heat the pool for you for an extra $35 a day.

We have no complaints on the house. Quiet safe neighborhood, fun to watch the golfers, pool area was super nice, kitchen had everything we needed. Very nice for relaxing with family.

Great stay, comfortable beds. The only suggestion I would have is better room darkening curtains in the room on the side of the house with the double doors. Bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep past 5am.

First off the communication was amazing! We reached out asking questions about the area to see if it would be a good fit for our family. They went above and beyond answering our questions. We decided to rent the property for the week and it did not disappoint!!! Shops, food, and anything you want is located near by! Fun golf course right in the back yard and it was reasonably priced too! The pool and sitting area was perfect for our family and late night movie by the pool was our nightly routine! The house has everything we needed for our stay and the beds were comfortable and welcoming. Living room furniture was comfortable! Owners were quick to answer any questions we had and made sure we were taken care of! Would highly recommend this property!!!

This home was absolutely perfect for our long weekend getaway. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Bedrooms were comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed more than a few games on the pool table. And of course my favorite; the back patio and pool - simple amazing!!! Pool was clean and water temperature was comfortable. I enjoyed using the pool on a daily basis. Conversations with the golfers passing by was a welcome treat too. Loved the TV on the patio, we found we loved the Roku music video channels the best for our swim time. I truly cannot say enough good things about this home and the host! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Upon arrival, the property was easy to find with the instructions sent by the host! Upon entry we noticed a very, very nice property!We noticed a couple of small issues, and they were discussed, and immediately corrected by host. As a majority, the place was clean, and ready for our arrival. Checkout was painless and very easy.

The property and hosts get a 10 from us. This location is close to everything you need to visit the Phoenix area. House is in a gated, very quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, well maintained, had all appliances, cooking tools, dishes, etc that you would need as you would in your own home. Hosts provided all the arrival and departure information in a timely manner. If you are the visiting anywhere in the Phoenix area, this is the place to call home.

The host was very welcoming and great at communicating. The home had everything we needed and the pool area was especially nice. The location was great as a home base to see sites. Overall, a really lovely stay.

If you have water rats for kids, this is the place for you! The pool was fantastic to watch the kids, drink coffee and adult beverages, enjoy a meal together and watch the variety of golfers! We slept so well during our stay! Quiet and very comfortable beds! Our son learned how to play pool during our stay! Thank you! Thank you! A wonderful getaway for the Easter holiday.

We had a wonderful stay during Christmas! The house is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. An added bonus was the usage of the garage to park our rental. We would stay here again.

We visited with 3 generations and this property was perfect for everyone! The house is clean, comfortable, and extremely toddler/baby friendly! Hosts are very responsive and helpful! We will definitely try to book here again for our next trip to the area.

VacationVRBOI had planned a trip to Mesa, AZ for a week starting at the end of August to the 1st week of September. My wife and I have not traveled in a few years and wanted the trip to be comfortable. So instead of staying in a Hotel for a week I rented a house from VRBO website. Since we were going to spend some valuable time with our grandchildren we thought a house would be more spacious for all of us. The following review will present the pros and cons we experienced while we were there. The review is not to discourage or influence, but to assist in what I find to make a stay at these VRBO’s more comfortable. Upon entering the house, everything seemed just like the picture I saw on the website. Since we arrived late( 7:30 pm) it was dark and could not really get a good look of the outside. As I have always done in the past whenever I stayed in a AirB&B or VRBO I do a visual check of the place to make sure there are no surprises. I actually will take pictures just so that I am not blamed for anything that may have been broken or damaged. Pros and Cons of what I found. Pros Pool was very nice Gated community gave a safe feeling AC was great and worked very well in the hot desert weather A garage welcome us the comfort of keeping car clean due to dust storms Beds were very big and comfortable Plenty of kitchen tools to assist in any style of cooking Both bath rooms were very spacious and had a dual vanity in the master bath

This was our loving home for 3.5 years and we have worked hard to make it what it is today. We are extremely proud of our house and hope it will create memories for our guests as it has created tons of memories for us. We moved to PA to be closer to family as we begin our own family. Arizona will always have a special place in our hearts and we will be back to visit for sure!

You can sit with your toes in the water in the Baja deck while sipping a beverage. Enjoy the sunset as you swing on our Sunset Swing! Extend living space in our outdoor living room as well. Inside, enjoy all the comforts of home; curling up on a cozy couch or playing a game of pool. Enjoy the two master bedrooms, the south bedroom was renovated by us! Enjoy the quite community, that is gated and if you want to explore another pool, check out the Community Pool!
