What do we love about our condo?! Everything!! 1st Floor Condo with beautiful direct ocean front view with no stairs or elevator. Pull right up to the curb, unload your vehicle and walk right into the unit. When you are ready to head to the beach you can simply go out the condo doors and gate and viola, seconds away from the beach. The condo faces the southeast so you will catch the gorgeous HH sunrise in the morning and sun well into mid-afternoon. No trees or buildings to obstruct your view. Hear the ocean waves crashing from your front porch while you enjoy coffee or a glass of wine!

Completely updated as of February 2022. Real hardwood floors throughout the unit, freshly painted walls, completely remodeled bathrooms, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, brand new living room furniture 2022, 55" flat screen TV, new king bedroom set, outdoor patio furniture, ceiling fans and much more!

This unique condo is located in the Island Club (mid Hilton Head island), close proximity to everything Hilton Head has to offer. Our beach is unique, quiet, clean and very beautiful. Perfect for long walks, runs and strolling to pick up sea shells. Whether you chose to walk out to the right or left, keep an eye out for bird watching (eagles, wood storks & sandpipers) and dolphin sightings! The resort has 5 different beach access location points. There are picnic tables and charcoal grills as well as a playful area with ladder and bean bag toss. A great playground for younger children is a hop and skip away from the back of our condo!

The Island Club has a heated swimming pool and hot tub. You must be 18 years old to access hot tub and tanning shelf! There is a sun tanning pool and a kiddie pool with a fun mushroom waterfall. If tennis and/or pickleball is your thing, our location is perfect for you! Check out the tennis shop for new gear and make a court time to play!

The Island Club has a 24 hour gated security and a parking pass is required; only ONE parking pass per unit. This is a non smoking condo, even on the patio and no pets are allowed.

Vacation with all the qualities of home

What a dream vacation! Everything about this property was amazing. From the cozy condo, short walk to the beach, and the smell of the ocean. The condo was very clean, and perfectly accommodating.

Comfortable Quiet Getaway

Enjoyed a very relaxing 5 day stay. Beautiful condo , great location, easy access to amenities (Bike Rentals Pool, Beach …etc) Very Clean, Tastefully Decorated, and Responsive Host. Hope to return soon!

April Vacation

The property was great … clean, easy access to/from, right in the beach! The only cons: no information about wifi (used hotspot) and the master bedroom door to porch was painted shut and unable to open.

Perfect for families!

If you have little ones this location is incredible! Truly steps to the beach and within about 20 steps there’s a playground. The pool is also very close and has a great zero entry option for babies. Great stay!!

RBC Golf Trip

Great complex and location

My first time in Hilton Head with my husband and 2 kids. The island club is fantastic, location can’t be beat right on the water with parks in property and nearby, bike friendly area we rode to restaurants mini golf, parks. Loved it and will be back for sure!

This is the second time we’ve booked this property. It’s a great unit on the water, first floor, next to the playground and beach access. Excellent for families- so nice to not have to deal with stairs or elevator!

Beautiful Condo!

We so enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is perfect! So quick to get to the beach and very close to the playground for the children. Unit was very clean when we arrived and the owners were very quick to respond to a couple questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Nicely updated, oceanfront rental

We enjoyed this rental with its very convenient location to the playground and beach and the a very short walk to the pool. We also love Island Club because of the easy access to the bike trail and less busy location on the Island. We've stayed multiple times now at Island Club and this was our favorite rental because of the walk-out patio. Easy check in and check out process as well!

Golf trip

Great condo. Loved the location. First floor oceanfront unit. Very easy beach access. The kitchen was well equipped, had everything we needed. Recently renovated. We loved everything about this property!!!

Oceanfront without the view

Property is clean, amenities are plentiful, beds are comfortable. But becausea you are on the first floor, you have a great view of the brush covering the sand dunes, but not the ocean.

Wonderful

Wow! We loved this condo. Great location. Loved the fact that it was first floor, walked right onto the beach. Had fantastic weather, like July 4th temps in Michigan! Loved the washer and dryer.. clothes all washed before we went home🤗, very nice feature. Condo looked beautiful, brand new, nicely decorated.

Loved it!

Everything was exactly as advertised. If anything, the proximity to the beach and ease of parking/location to the condo is understated. We loved being able to walk off the patio onto the lawn and to the beach. It made the unit seems so much larger and it was so convenient. We had no issues and Anne was easy to work with. We would love to stay there again!

Labor Day Stay

We loved our stay in HHI. The condo unit was fully furnished with everything we needed - cookware/glassware/washer/dryer. The location was great - just a short walk to the beach and tennis courts/pool area. The only thing we wish was better was the air-conditioning. The bedrooms did not cool down enough. We were thankful for the ceiling fans. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay!

Nice condo, relaxing vacation

The condo was nice and well stocked with everything we needed for a nice beach vacation. The only drawback is that you can not see the ocean, or hear it, from the porch. This unit is on the 1st floor but because of the tall dunes and sea grass, you do not have a view. It is does offer easy access to walk to the beach and near the playground and pool.

Phenomenal rental and location!

I’ve never stayed at a VRBO…this was the first time, so I was a little apprehensive; and I shouldn’t have been. This was THE BEST experience of renting/staying anywhere I’ve ever had. The condo was extremely clean, updated and really cool! Pics don’t do it justice! It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, so it was wonderful to head out, come back for lunch, then head back out…super easy. If anyone is considering, go ahead and commit!! I’ll be coming back for sure!

Ocean Front Relaxing

So convenient! Right on the beach- so easy to unload all of your luggage. Pull up to the curb and they even have luggage carts. The complex had pickle ball and tennis- we loved playing- we rented bikes there and rode all over the island. We enjoyed the board games and books provided at the condo. The owners were so nice and responsive with communication. The condo is beautiful with nice furniture and a washer and dryer!

Perfect for families with small kids!

We've stayed in a couple other condos in the Neptune building over the past several summers, but this one was definitely our favorite so far simply for the fact that it is on the main level so we didn't have to deal with steps or the elevator. We had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen and there were plenty of linens available. The couches are SUPER comfy and great for curling up with a good book (or napping with the book in your lap). The only thing I can mention to have looked at is that the sink in the master bath was a bit slow to drain and the water pressure is very low....but the pressure in the shower was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay would love to stay there in the future!

Wonderful Property

The condo was beautiful and the location was excellent. Access to the beach was very convenient-just a very short walk out the balcony gate and we were on the beach. We enjoyed the balcony and spent mornings and evenings there reading and listening to the ocean. The beach in front of the complex was not crowded so we had plenty of room to toss a frisbee or play a game. The condo was supplied with plenty of beach chairs, toys, umbrella, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils and the appliances were updated and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Jamie was very easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly.

Prime location for full beach experience

The Island Club property is well maintained and offers much for families of all ages. This condo location faces the ocean and is steps from the beach via boardwalk, convenient outdoor bar-be-ques and picnic tables, sand-based playground for young'uns, tennis and pickle-ball courts, adult and children's pool area well maintained. The condo is sufficiently equipped with kitchen essentials, towels, blankets, beach chairs and boogie boards for use during stay. On day two noticed a leak of water from under the refrigerator, call to the owner gave an immediate response and maintenance was on site to correct in quick time. Thank you for your quick response, Jamie. Housekeeping cleanliness was not on spot in the master bath...as hair and accumulated dust was left behind on the floor and baseboards, also the drawer below the oven was peppered with crumbs and in the drawer itself....plus the baking trays were coated with oil and 'stuff' residue not cleaned properly. With so much usage I suggest frequent replacements....solved the situation by lining with aluminum foil before placing food on. The bed in the master I thought was comfortable and got good nights sleep, however, my daughter sleeping in the other room was not so rested in the queen bed as she said the mattress was most uncomfortable lumpy and woke up sore from laying all night on it...perhaps time to consider a replacement. Just an honest heads up in critique as feel you would want to know as feel you have pride of ownership and would welcome improvement suggestions as you seem to be very caring for others comfort for stay at your condo.
