Offering a ski in/ski out location that can't be beat, this new-construction home is the ultimate Deep Creek Lake retreat! It is brimming with amenities that will keep every member of the family entertained.

Upscale finishes and well-chosen decor fill the spacious interior. Step inside the main level, and you are greeted by cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room. The best seat in the house on the sofa (queen sleeper sofa) next to the flickering flame of the gas fireplace. This is a favorite spot to unwind and watch TV. Starlink internet has been installed to enhance internet capability.

Ideal for entertaining, the great room flows right into the dining area and kitchen. Start your day with a home-cooked breakfast -- you'll love taking advantage of the home's high-end appliances including a six-burner gas stove and two ovens. Seating at the island and table makes sharing meals a breeze. Plus, you have easy access to the deck when you are in the mood to grill.

The main level primary suite is decorated in soothing tones that will transport you to a world of relaxation. It is furnished with a king-size bed and TV. Your private bath has heated floors, a double-headed shower, and a separate tub.

If you need to catch up on work or school while you are away, there is an office with a laptop-friendly desk on the main level. It gives you a quiet spot to focus.

Upstairs, the bright and airy loft has a full-sized sleeper sofa as well as doors that open to a balcony with scenic views. There are two roomy suites on this level. Each one has a king-size bed, TV, and private bath with heated floors.

Let the good times roll in the lower-level family room that is outfitted for a fun evening at home. Watch TV by the cozy glow of the gas fireplace or challenge a friend to a game of pool. The couch is a queen sleeper sofa giving you additional sleeping arrangements. The wet bar is complete with a stand-alone ice maker and mini fridge, so you can keep your snacks and drinks handy. Doors open to the patio with a bubbling hot tub that will soothe tired muscles after a day on the slopes.

Rounding out the sleeping quarters are two lower-level bedrooms. Both have wall-mounted TVs. One is furnished with a king-size bed and the other has two queen-size beds. The expansive deck provides plenty of outdoor living space to be enjoyed throughout your stay. You can have dinner outdoors or simply soak up some sunshine with your favorite beverage. The outdoor fireplace will be a popular spot to get together to chat about your day. This area is covered and can be used no matter what the weather.

Easy ski in/ski out access to the Main Street and Eye Opener slopes, along with chairlifts 4 and 5, will thrill the skiers and boarders in your group.

You can also take a short drive to Wisp Resort's lodge to try snow tubing or the mountain coaster. Throughout the rest of the year, Wisp offers a wide variety of activities including two golf courses, ziplines, disc golf, and more!

The convenient location puts you within five to ten-minutes from restaurants, shops, mini golf and the grocery store. Stop by a marina to rent a boat and spend a summer day cruising in the sunshine.

Deep Creek Lake State Park is a definite must-do for your itinerary. The sandy beach is a great place to swim, and there are kayak, canoe and paddleboard rentals too. Multiple playgrounds will please the little ones in your group! During the fall months, take time to explore miles of hiking trails that lead you through vibrant foliage.
