Stayed for a week to visit my brother. Place was 3 blocks away from his house so that was awesome. Nice quiet street. The main road to the house was a straight shot to Bradenton beach. Easy 10 minute drive right onto Anna Marie Island. Will definitely try to stay here next time I visit the area. Communication with Andrea was very easy and everything went smoothly.

Great accommodations for 2 people

Location was clean and nicely decorated. Perfect location, close to everything we wanted to do. Pet friendly, quiet street. Would definitely stay here again.

Visiting family

Great little place. We stayed for 3 days/nights and had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and host is amazing! We will definitely stay again if back in the area.

Cozy Cottage

Super place has everything you need. Close to stores and restaurants. Looking do our stay there next year. That will be our 3rd year. Love it

Pre Christmas visit

Our son lives in Bradenton but could not stay with him so we got this spot. It was perfect for our stay. Hope to be able to get again on our next visit. Clean and comfortable.

Quiet stay in bradenton

Came to Bradenton to visit my wife's sister who just had a baby. We were looking for a place to stay in between the hustle and bustle of visiting a new born. This place was perfect at the end of a dead end street, just what we Needed. Only 5 mins from her sister. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in bradenton.

Great Bradenton Stay!

I just stayed at this property and was very happy with the experience. It’s a no frills place but had everything we needed and was the perfect size for what we needed. The owner of the property was very responsive and responded to all my questions within ten minutes. If arriving at night it is very dark because of no street lights! Great stay, would definitely stay again!

Convenient location

Nice location, very uncomfortable bed and couch, washer/dryer combo was a huge disappointment but there is a nice laundromat just up the street. Nice kitchen. Great value for the stay.

Nice neighborhood. It's perfect for a couple. It is time to sanitize the sitting area couch and rug. We would stay here again.D. Anderson

Great stay

We loved it! The only problem was the bed. That’s the only flaw. Just super firm and uncomfortable. But if that gets fixed then 5 stars all around!

April wedding on Anna Maria Island

The property was exactly as described on the Vrbo site. I was not sure how to get the details needed to locate this rental, such as the address and how to gain entrance. The owner, Andrea was most helpful and gracious.

The outside is nothing like pictured. The inside pictures are close but definitely not what you get. When I arrived I really had hoped that the google picture from march was wrong. It wasn’t. There were no chairs outside weeds overgrowing the sidewalk and along the fence plants all dead broken downspout that was fixed the day before I left. Only baby item provided is a playpen. NO fitness equipment available to use. The washer dryer combo took forever to do a load of anything! Had to run the dryer part twice and it fit barely anything, but was nice to have something on site. The backyard was dirty and overgrown weeds. I was afraid to let my dog go out there. I spent a cpl hrs pulling weeds to clean it up for her. Flowers growing between the bricks. Replanted most of them in the flower bed. Fence not even painted to match. Mold all over the siding upstairs. Windows from the main house overlook your “private” area. Does not seat 4 inside nor outside as pictures show. Two chairs outside with one ratty cushion. Door lock hard to open until I figured out the trick. No rugs so you were walking on sand the whole time or constantly sweeping. But it was clean I will give it that much. Except for the moldy gunk in the sink drains. I booked it based on the pictures and pets allowed. I would have cancelled had I known ahead of time for the money I spent to not get what was advertised. I hate being this person but it needs attention.

A lovely getaway

While on an extended trip, I spent a few days here, near where I grew up. I enjoyed it very much, especially the patio where I read while eating breakfast and listening to myriad bird songs. Check in was a bit tricky. I'm used to getting information at least the night before. In this case, the door code was sent shortly before my arrival time, when I had no Wifi. After I went to the main residence to ask for help and logged into the house Wifi, I received the message. My only other comment is that each night, not long before I turned in, there was a noise over the bedroom I can only describe as an elephant taking a bath. It was brief and at a reasonable time, so it wasn't a problem but I thought it should be noted. Overall, a peaceful respite in a lovely home. I would consider staying here on my next trip.

Handicap Accessible

No proper railing in tub. Bed very high. Fell tofloor twice and needed rescue assistance. Good for people who don’t have movement challenges. Stylish not functional.

Great Price Point & Location

We came to the area for the weekend and were not looking to spend a ton of money on our accomodations. This rental a great price! Nice accomodations without breaking the bank. Very centrally located. Close to airport, beach, lots of restaurants, and grocery stores. The property was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Bed was clean and comfortable. This is a smaller unit of a shared "split" house and was perfect for our stay. The only negative is we could hear the neighbors pretty often. This is of course no fault of the host as she does ask that you be respectful of the other guest. The host was nice and very responsive to all messages.

Convenient location and comfortable guest house.

We stayed 3 weeks. It's within minutes of Anna Maria Isle beaches, Village of the Arts and the Riverwalk as well as beautiful Bray county park with facilities for every outdoor activity imaginable. Large patio with privacy fencing was lovely. Would stay here again.

The AC was installed by prior owner (we purchased the property in March 2021) who had it set up as a vacation rental and we had no complaints until you and 1 other guest so didn't know it was an issue. We have installed AC in the bedroom now - was added shortly after your stay so it's there now ! :)
