Make your escape to this cozy beachfront cottage, only steps away from the beach. This lovely home is the perfect place to enjoy a true getaway. The house is nestled at the end of the street where you feel that you have your private beach area.. Enjoy spectacular never-ending ocean views, while listening to the waves from the partially covered deck, sipping your morning coffee, or evening cocktails. You can walk your picnic lunch to the family from the house, making lasting memories on the beach. The home welcomes you with new beautiful furnishings and beachy décor. It offers a king-size bed in the master bedroom, with a private full bath. The second bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds to make room for children or guests. The bottom bunk is a futon full-size bed. The bonus room has a convertible sleeper sofa that makes a full-size bed. The entire space allows for up to nine guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to entertain you and your guests. Clean linens are provided and the home is pet-friendly. The house includes dish/wifi and blu ray DVD. This is your gem of a vacation spot just waiting for you to enjoy. It is the perfect place for a family vacation or an adult weekend getaway. Terramar is a quiet community, only a short drive, (approximately 20 minutes) from the Seawall action. Galveston has so much to offer in regard to day trips as well. The Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, mansion tours, Duck Tours, and The Strand are great ways to enjoy your time as well.
You can't get any closer to the beach than this. If you are ready for your escape to the sea, this is the place for you.

The location was amazing! Direct views and private access to the beach! Sunsets were gorgeous. That was key for us. The house was just the right size for my family of 3 and 2 dogs. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed, and convenience stores were nearby. We will definitely be back.

Check in was very easy…Kitchen had plenty of supplies, nicely laid out.Great location, very private and quiet.Enjoyed the deck space which is where we spend most of our time. Nice clean table and comfortable chairs with cushions.

Unbeatable location

The house was situated at the end of the street with unobstructed views of the ocean. It was the perfect place to sit on the deck and watch the sunrise and listen to the sound of the waves. The house was very tidy and clean and had everything we needed. We were all very happy with the house and location!!

Quick getaway on the beach

My family and I were looking for a quick getaway and wanted to be on the beach. When we arrived, we were happy to see the steps to the house was literally in the sand! The house was comfortable and had all the essentials for my family. Communication with the owners was adequate and prompt. The beds were comfortable and water pressure of showers were wonderful. We would stay here again!

Sweet home steps from the beach

This home is a great place for a short getaway! The owner has stocked it so well that all you really need to bring are your clothes. They’ve put so much thought into the little things that make a stay away from home so easy. This was the first time we took our dogs to the beach, and the home was wonderfully stocked for them, too. Including extra bowls, blankets for the furniture and even some treats. My only suggestion would be a larger surface right where the water hose is under the house to make stepping from there to the steps a little easier.

Amazing little get a way!

What a wonderful find! We loved unplugging and hanging out on the PRIVATE beach! Just steps away from the front door. Couldn't ask for a better location. The home had everything we needed. The beach access was priceless. Great Hosts, Communicated great. we had no issues whatso ever. Thanks for a Wonderful Week!

Great Location

This is a nice little house for a couple or small family. The best thing is being able to walk down the stairs and right onto the beach! Although it is an older house, it is very comfortable on the inside.

Perfect location

The house was comfortable with nice amenities. I enjoyed that the stretch of beach in front was rarely occupied by anyone. It was like being on a private island.

Awesome House!

Everything about this house and location was awesome! Perfect for my family and so close to the beach. Couldn’t have been anymore perfect. Lots of extras we were expecting to be there like chairs and boogie boards for the kids. Had the beach to ourselves most of the time and there is no driving so it was perfect for the kids. We will be renting again in the future!

We have stayed in the house twice this year. It's been great both times. Once in the winter and then summer. Perfect spot on the beach. Not a lot of people to worry about. I have loved every minute spent there. It is great for a couple, a family or a few friends.
