4 bedroom, 4 bath home with a garage big enough for 2 cars. Main floor features an open floor plan with living and dining areas, large kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, two bedrooms, one with its own full size tiled bath, along with another full size bath in the hallway. Upper floor has 2 large bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a sitting area. On the upper level are stairs leading up to the beautiful rooftop deck with a spectacular 360 degree view of the city.

This house is a large, spacious gem with plenty of room for everyone. The house has 4 levels with plenty of sleeping and social space. There are four separate sleeping areas so people can have their privacy while enjoying two sitting area for social space. All guests regardless of age count towards the number of guests. Total number of guests in the house may not exceed the number of guests indicated at booking.. No parties are permitted in the house. The house is in a family friendly neighborhood and is not a party house. External Security cameras monitor and record all entrance to the property, including the rooftop.. Smoking is NOT permitted, that also include Hookahs

Jive 4 BR 4 Bath home

The unit was set up nicely and accommodated the 4 of us with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each. Glad it had a garage because street parking would have been difficult. Host was friendly but a little hard to reach but heard from her right before we came to town. I think she had a family emergency so I will give her the benefit of the doubt. All in all, it worked for us.

Phillies Trip

After looking at hotels for our trip I decided to check out VRBO and found this great property instead. For basically the same amount of money we instead rented this 4 bedroom house. It was very clean and spacious and had a great roof top patio with a view of the city. The house was in a great location with a short drive to the stadium. Our host Gladys was very easy to contact and had great communication. I would highly recommend this property!

Phillies Game Stay

The house was wonderful. Lots of room and being able to sit out on the roof and look at the city lights was great. Having off street parking was a plus. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Philly Long Weekend

This is great choice to pick while visiting Philly. We attended a concert at the Linc and the location was perfect. A short drive to and from. Having a two car garage was fantastic! Parking in South Philly is tough to say it lightly. Property was clean and spacious. The rooftop was great! Would stay here again!

Perfect Philly home

Property was clean. Modern. The off street indoor garage was invaluable. Great city view from the roof top deck. So nice to have a place to sit outside. Had all the amenities we could ask for . Great location to everything.

Spacious place to stay with parking

Traveling to center city with a car is usually inconvenient, expensive, or both. This house had a garage that was a huge time saver for our family with young kids. Place was clean and spacious. I would recommend it.

Roomy house in convenient location with garage!

This was a great house, conveniently located to restaurants, sight seeing, and public transportation. The garage was a fantastic bonus. Over all, highly recommend!

Great location

Very comfortable property with all the basic amenities. Location is walkable with plenty to do nearby and not difficult to get either downtown or to the stadiums either. The garage was very nice to have with friends driving in to stay and the state of parking in the neighborhood. Communication with Gladys was good as well.

We loved the house! The garage fit 3 cars (2 SUVs and a car) in it perfectly. The best part of it was rooftop! Just wish there were more chairs on the rooftop and it would have been easier to eat if the stools at the bar weren’t so high.

Nice space - with parking!

This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom space was great for our group. With two sitting areas and a rooftop deck with views of the whole city - it was a great place to see fireworks for the fourth. Having off street parking that easily fit a full sized suburban was a plus. We chose to Uber instead of driving for most of our visit to the city, but we even walked to get cheese steaks and breakfast at the Italian market area - which was only a mile away. The house was well-stocked with towels.

A comfortable weekend

The garage was such a help because of parking problems in the area. Our only complaint was no place for all of us to sit when we were together in what is a living room area so most of us just sat on the floor. The house was clean and comfortable.

A Mouse

A mouse spent the night in the bedroom with a sleeping infant. No confirmation from owner whether mouse was caught or anything was done. Not the best customer response to an unsatisfying event.

Great place for 4 couples

Works well for 4 couples. All bedrooms are equal in appearance and each couple gets their own bathroom. Location is good. Easy access to Broad Street line (to stadiums). 11 minute walk to Pat Steaks. Bonus: roof top and garage.

new experience

this was a first time for me and my family, and we found it to be very nice and enjoyable. Our hostess Gladys was very helpful and was always quick to respond to me. The house was lovely and exactly like the pictures. we were close to everything. Most beneficial was having the two car garage since parking is difficult in Philly. Great experience

Great spacious property in convenient south Philly neighborhood.

Property was newly refinished and aligned well with site description. The owner was accessible and responsive before and during our stay. We enjoyed staying here.

A Great Alternative to Downtown

Interesting and safe neighborhood. with row houses and very narrow streets. Short walk to restaurants, the Italian Market and the BOK Center. I recommend viewing the mosaic covered exteriors of many nearby homes. House gave three couples sufficient privacy the each their own bathroom. Nice kitchen (but not stocked with any staples). Useful washer and dryer for longer stays. Good temperature control. The two car garage was a necessity as there was little street parking. One of the best things about the house was the rooftop deck that had chairs, a couch and an excellent view of the Philadelphia skyline. The furnishings /sheets/towels are functional but very basic and the wifi worked but was not strong enough for any serious gaming.

VERY spacious

This property was very spacious for our large family who came for a wedding. It was very nice that every couple had their own room and bathroom. The spacious garage was very convenient. The roof top patio was such a great bonus ! Gladys was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again if we need to come as a whole family. Just be mindful that there are alot of steps if you have issues or small children.

Great Place to Stay in Philly

Gladys was extremely responsive and the place was easy to get to and had everything you need to make your stay a great one. The rooftop was nice to have for some fresh air and relaxing. The rooms were all nicely appointed and the biggest positive has to be all the bathrooms, super clean as well. Great place to stay in philly period but even better when making it your “home base” for all Phillies games.

Loved the house! And the fact that it has it’s own garage. It has lots of stairs so if you have mobility issues this is not the house for you. The only issue I didn’t understand was the charge for guests. $20 per night for each extra person after 2. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, wouldn’t that be a bit large for 2 people. But we did enjoy our stay!

Flower show and concert

The home is perfect for a ladies vacation, 4 separate bedrooms with bath was perfect, The roof top was so nice to have, full strawberry moon was beautiful, positive is the garage. We did have some concerns with tar that so someone tracked all over the garage and stairs, not as clean as could be, some minor items needed some maintenance, would recommend more attention to detail. Gladys was extremely helpful and answered my call for questions . Would stay there again the location was perfect for the Flower Show at FDR easy Uber pickup and drop off. Thanks for the experience.
