Professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A. This home comes with 6 Watercolor amenity cards and 2 bicycles for guest use. 6 WaterColor amenity wristbands are included, people ages 5 and up are required to wear them

DETAILS: Located on the 3rd floor, this fabulous private getaway is in the perfect location to experience it all! The cozy living room with luxury vinyl plank hardwood floors throughout offers plenty of comfortable plush seating including a large sectional sofa, a television and wonderful French doors that lead out onto a furnished balcony with a table and 4 chairs, a chaise lounge and a view of the WaterColor town square. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and accommodates 6 guests easily. The separate fully functional kitchen features a convenient pass-thru to the dining area. This home has two private bedrooms. The first is the master suite that offers a king-size bed, a television, a balcony with a view of the gulf and a separate bath including a double vanity with a shower and tub. The second bedroom has one twin of twin bunk bed and an additional queen, a view of Cerulean Park and a bath with a single vanity with tub. Wireless high speed Internet access is also available.

Really beautiful property. Centrally located to all things in Watercolor. Easy to take the bikes to other locations. Very communicative. Suggestions for the future - provide coasters for the end tables and some of the bikes has rusty chains but were still usable.

This unit was perfect!!! Right on the corner to Beach Club and the Beach! Loved going to the wine bar that was directly beneath us for dinner and to get wine. They had a Trolley that picked us up and took us to Camp Watercolor. The beds were super comfortable and the unit was very clean and spacious. The deck over looked 30A and we loved sitting outside. WiFi was not great so bring a hot spot for sure. Super close to Seaside. Took us only 3 minutes to walk there and enjoy the events and restaurants. We will be staying here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, the elevator—which is specifically advertised as an amenity for this property—was out of service for the majority of our stay and was not repaired until late Friday. This created a significant inconvenience for our family, especially when carrying luggage, groceries, beach gear, and making multiple trips up and down the stairs each day with elderly and an infant.Because the elevator is a listed amenity and was unavailable for most of our vacation, we do not believe we received the accommodations that were advertised. While we understand that unexpected maintenance issues can occur, the loss of a major advertised amenity for nearly the entire stay materially impacted our experience and the value of the rental.

Spring Break 2024

The location of this rental is absolutely unbeatable. We walked across the street to the beach and pool and rode our bikes or walked all over Watercolor.

Ideal Fall Getaway

Another great visit to 30A. Our family loved this location and convenience of this property. The property was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!! Tip: Call and confirm local business hours during off season.

Wonderful Condo in Watercolor!

We had a wonderful stay in Watercolor at this condo above Wine World. The location is perfect and so convenient. The condo was extremely nice, clean and perfect for our stay for a long weekend. The condo is very close to the elevator which made trips to the pool or beach quick and easy. Highly recommend! We will be back!

family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Watercolor. My husband and I stayed here with our toddler (3.5yo) and baby (3 months old) and it was the perfect size for the four of us. The proximity to the beach and watercolor beach club was a game changer. There are also several restaurants within a short walking distance if you want to grab a quick bite to eat. We also enjoyed Camp Watercolor, which you get access to by staying here which is only about a mile away by bike/walking/drive. Communication with property manager was seamless. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay very convenient

We loved this little condo. It was the perfect location for our family of 5. We had a teenager, middle schooler and a kindergartener. We loved being above the wine bar and close to lots of pools and restaurants. Our oldest used the bikes and that was nice. I would definitely add a broom and dustpan and vacuum to the unit. Other than that our stay was fabulous!

Just the ticket

I took two of my grandchildren and my daughter to Watercolor and stayed in your two bedroom unit. The location is ideal, right across the street from the Watercolor Club, pool, and beach. Walking distance to many things. The unit is a nice size with two nice bathrooms. The living room furniture is extremely comfortable and we enjoyed watching movies in the evening. The patio is spacious and a great place to play cards.There is an open kitchen with the basic equipment. The only negative thing is the hardware is loosely attached to the dressers (cheap)-minor. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Property

The most amazing aspect was the location. It was the first unit by the elevator, that opened right up into the lobby of the Wine Bar. We thought it would be loud at night being right above shops but to our surprise it really wasn't. It is such a short walk to the Beach Club and the Watercolor shops. We LOVED the location, especially with having small children. We will certainly be back.

This is a very comfortable property with easy access to the beach club. I will say the balcony faces 30A and is not relaxing with the crazy blaring of car stereos, kids walking with over the top loud boom boxes and yelling mostly at night. Mornings are loud with landscapers. Inside unit is very quiet. Beds comfy. Kitchen has basic needs. No beach chairs to use and does not come with golf cart and can’t get one due to no where to plug in even though you can go to Publix to charge. I wouldn’t stay at this property again mostly because of noise on balcony and no beach chairs. Beach Habitats was easy to work with and very responsive

Somewhat disappointed

Although the condo is a nice space and a great convenient location we had several issues with the unit. Broken dresser drawers, notified the office and they told us maintenance would Try to be there Monday to fix but they never came during our whole stay! cleanliness less than acceptable upon arrival, slow running drain in main bathroom. We did have 2 cockroaches visit us during our stay ! If more care would be taken with cleaning and responding to an issue this would be a great place to stay.
