Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a link via the booking platform to sign the agreement. After it is completed, we will send your official booking confirmation email with all the details you need. ✔ Travel insurance is NOT included in your quote. It can be purchased upon booking, added to your reservation by the final payment date, or obtained independently.
✔ We do NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard ONLY)
✔ This property has 2 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes, a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
✔ The HOA does not provide an area for guests to charge their LSVs (Low-Speed Vehicles), even in common areas. Therefore, any rented LSV should be gas-powered.
✔ Construction Notice: There is active construction next door to this property with an unknown end date, which may result in occasional noise.
