The house is a unique layout that allows for groups to stay together in harmony - it is essentially 2 connected apartments in a singular house. It has parking, a nice outdoor space, and everything you need for a nice stay in Topsail. It is 1 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to the downtown area. Brenda was the best host - she was very communicative and helpful. We had an unexpected change to our trip and she was very kind and helped us handle it with ease. We would definitely book again!

Wonderful house that is close to the beach and activities. Hosts were awesome and available if we had any questions. We appreciated the small things - like the kitchen cabinets being labeled so we didn’t have to search for items. We hope to return!

Great location for an interior house. Quick walk to the beach and to the sound. Beds were very comfortable. Nice to have a kitchenette and tv room on the lower level with two bedrooms. Big closet in a lower level bedroom fit our portable crib perfectly. Love all the updates! We'd happily visit again, especially with such a cordial host. Thank you!

Great location. Everything you would need was available In the house and easy to find. We did have one issue and the host was very prompt in fixing. The host was great! if not for the Issue, would be a 5 star. I would stay here again.

The house was perfect. Great location, easy walk to the beach. The house had Everything you need. Kitchen supplies, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. Wonderful for children. We had 4yr and 8 yr boys.. will definitely book it again and will recommend it to friends.

We had a great week here. Excellent location and the house was really well-appointed. Brenda responded quickly to every question prior to our stay and checked in to make sure all was well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

The cottage is well appointed, has great sound views. Updated appliances are great, beds were very comfortable, short distance to the beach. The owners were very accommodating and easy to reach.

Annual Topsail Getaway

Our family (aged 12-75) had a great stay at Sounds Great. Great location in South Topsail and easy walk to beautiful, non-crowded beach. Home is decorated very nicely with lots of great features.

Wonderful house with Gracious Hosts

My family and I had a great time at this property for a small vacation while our kids were on their Spring Break. The house accommodations were fantastic. It was very clean and organized and only a block away from the beach. We would definitely recommend this property. The hosts were great and very communicative.

Well appointed and great location

Great kitchen, had everything we needed and all in great condition. Wonderful location with equal distance between ocean and sound so a short walk to either. Beautiful views from the decks outside.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing and the water was beautiful. Loved the small local shops. We enjoyed riding bikes as well and walking to the point.

Great stay

The property was a great set up for our stay with three teens. They had their own space for privacy and retreat. We enjoyed all the island had to offer and the well equipped home had more than we could have imagined for comfort during our one week stay. Brenda is a great host and we look forward to another visit!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

We had an amazing time at Sound's Great! The house was very nice and the location was perfect. Very easy access to the beach. We loved everything about this vacation spot. Brenda was great at communicating with me and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean and well appointed

We have stayed in a number of houses in Topsail over the years, this was the best in terms of convenience, comfort, cleanliness. Everything was laid out nicely, the kitchen was well appointed, couldn't ask for more.

The property was fantastic. It was perfect for our family from the location to the amenities. We didn’t want for anything and will definitely rent again. Communication with the property management was excellent. Brenda was always available and guided us through check in to check out seamlessly. We had a lovely and low stress week and I highly recommend the property.

Lovely Beach Home

We enjoyed our stay at Sound’s Great! It was so relaxing and the beach is only a few steps away from the house. The location is perfect because it’s close to the point and very quiet and minimal traffic yet close enough to all the shops and restaurants. We will be back!
