Perfect place to stay. Very nice house and nice corner lot so not in the middle of other houses. Excellent place for dogs. Host very attentive.

Lots of space - love the loft and two decks. Comfortable beds. Close walk to beach - plus available chairs, cart and outdoor shower.

Nice home and nice location!

We loved staying at your place for a long weekend. What we loved the most: how clean the place was; the super comfortable beds; the well stocked kitchen; the super easy access to the beach (just a short 5 min walk), and that the house is at the end of the island, so traffic was not heavy at all. Thank you for everything! We will definitely come back. :)

The property was very clean and well kept. It is a short walk to the beach. The beach is very clean and not crowded when we were there. Front storm door did not close completely and is in need of repair. Located in a quiet section in the South End. I would stay there again when in Topsail Island.

Clean and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and in a great location. Just a short 3 minute walk to the beach.

Searenity now!

This was a wonderful week at Topsail, largely due to the Searenity being such a wonderful place to stay. The starter supplies were great, the living room was spacious and comfortable, and the king sized bed was restful. We appreciated the double sinks in the master bath as well. The Searenity was welcoming and clean. We even extended our stay by one night because we just didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this property.

Great location, everything listed about the house was accurate, very clean. Really enjoyed our long weekend away and would definitely book it again.

Excellent house and location!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Beach access was easy. We immediately booked another stay after arriving home. Highly recommend!

Amazing

This property is clean and has all the amenities. It is an easy walk to the clean beautiful beach. We loved the peace and the many places in the house to go read a book. We highly recommend this house.

Well appointed, enjoyed our stay

This house is in a great location and we felt comfortable having the dogs there. Well appointed with "starter" supplies. Beds comfortable / linens / towels lovely.

Topsail Beach

My family of 5 had a great time at this property. Perfect for a no nonsense beach trip. Pretty was clean and very comfortable and 6 minute walk to beach! Host was great to work with! I would stay here again!

Perfect Family Trip

The home was picture perfect and clean. We enjoyed sipping our morning & evening beverages on the front porch while listening to the waves crashing on the beach-which is a couple minutes walk. It’s in a perfect location!

Very clean house that suited our family’s needs. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to a beautiful beach. Our host & her concierge, Melissa, promptly answered any questions. Fully equipped kitchen although some cookware may need replacing soon. Everyone in our family commented how comfortably the beds were-a BIG factor in enjoying vacation time!!

House was great! Walk to the beach was a little long just because access 16 is ramped so it takes a little more time to get on the beach.
