Great views of Market street and the Nulu Marketplace South courtyard.
The suite has a laundry area with a new full size washer / dryer. All amenities and furniture are brand new and selected for a comfortable stay. Coffee Maker and Coffee included. 70" 4K Smart TV with YouTube TV for local and cable channels as well as your favorite streaming accounts. Guests will have access to the entire apartment with a keyless door lock. Cleaning supplies are available for your convenience. Ample off-street secure parking available in Nulu Marketplace parking lot off Main Street.
The apartment is in the heart of NULU - Louisville's hottest part of town near downtown Louisville. Guests can expect to hear the hustle and bustle of the Nulu neighborhood, as well as the outdoor events in the courtyard of Nulu Marketplace. Best part, NULU Marketplace has it all at your fingertips. Step out of your suite and check out some of the great things NULU Marketplace has for you.
