Derby Weekend

Great location to derby and restaurants. Communication was alwady timely about questions we had and we got recommendations on places to see and eat in the area.

Bourbon Trail Hub

Great location for experiencing the bourbon trail. The house was roomy and had great amenities and the hosts were terrific at communicating with me before and during my stay.

Great modern house. Nicely updated. Beds were super comfortable and the whole day was great. Communication was awesome. AC worked really good since it was very warm out. Nicely decorated.

Great place!

Fantastic place to stay coming into the state for the night. Very clean, cozy, and organized. The extra bedroom space was perfect for the number of guests we had. Would highly recommend.

Affordable spot downtown

Inside is great, owner is nice and responsive. Nice amenities. Would be a perfect stay but you can get some characters in the alley next to the property.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was very quiet inside and pretty clean. We were happy that it had a washer and dryer and plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. The furniture in the living room and dinning room were not very comfortable. The location was conveniently located to down town and seemed safe.

We stayed at this property this weekend and it was a very cute house. The only thing we would change is the location of the house itself! Nice other than that!!

Great stay

Very accommodating. No issues, everything well stocked. Even had more chairs downstairs if needed. Very respectful and clear instructions. Parking in back and front.

Amenities Plus Convenient Location

Wow, perfect for our girl’s trip. Close to the action on Market and Main Streets and easy to hop onto the major highways to get to offerings on the south and west side. So many amenities available - fully stocked plates and cookware, soap, shampoo, Conditioner, hairdryers, snacks, coffee, and waters. TV on 1st fl plus another in the kid’s bedroom. So welcoming and thoughtful. Owners were readily available if we needed info. Highly recommend for groups of 3-6.

Fabulous

This house worked so well for the four of us who stayed there during a convention we were attending downtown. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and not all intrusive. I was a little concerned about the neighborhood yet never felt uncomfortable. Overall, this was a wonderful experience!

Short trip

I will reiterate what others have said about first impressions about uneasiness over the neighborhood. However, again like others we had no issue. The main bedroom on the first floor got a lot of road noise so you need something to block out the noise. Pictures are very accurate. It had everything you needed for a stay.

At first the location seemed a bit crunchy, but it was fine and very convenient to many great restaurants and such.

Nice home, it was well decorated and open space

W enjoyed our visit to Louisville, which started with a BNB that was clean, simple to get into and lock up. There was enough accommodations for everyone in my family.

Nice, clean house for short stay.

Stayed overnight with family. Inside of house was as listed. Very clean. Location is a little bit sketchy but we did not experience any problems and they do have outside cameras on sight so made us feel a bit safer. Worked well for very short overnight stay.

Great location, nice clean place

The house is fantastic! Very close to lots of experiences, the beds were comfortable and even though the alleyway can look sketchy, we had zero issues or safety concerns. Highly recommend!
