Everything was incredible. The property was easy to get to, and the instructions for accessing everything were perfect. The residence was extremely clean, welcoming, and was well stocked with everything you might need for an extended stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was great. Communication was excellent. He checked in and made sure everything was going well. Black out curtains would be helpful in the master to block out the outside lights. You do have a very short walk from the parking garage but that was never an issue. Overall a great stay amd excellent host.

From the parking to finding our unit it was smooth and very nice! I felt very safe with the security system and cameras that are in hallways.The description of unit was spot on and very nice and comfortable.

Perfect walking location to experience downtown attractions… The building and unit was very charming and clean. John, was wonderful to promptly communicate back on any questions we had prior and during our stay. Very please with our overall stay and would highly recommend.

Very nice and clean condo. Excellent location. Host was very responsive when I had any questions. Very safe feeling as well with all the locked doors. Just minutes walk to fourth street live. Would stay again.

Cozy unit in classic Theatre building. Just a short walk to 4th Street Live and a reasonable walk to Bourbon row. Check in instructions were impeccable and questions were responded to immediately. Great unit for the price. Would rent again if in Louisville.

We were thrilled with our stay. The location was ideal. Extremely clean, fully equipped, comfortable furnishings and (bonus!) both the pizza and Mediterranean food places right there had excellent and reasonably priced food! 5

In town for my daughter’s gymnastics meet and had a wonderful stay. Check in and check out were a breeze and the condo was very clean, well stocked and gave us plenty of space.Very close to downtown, we were able to walk to anyplace we wanted to go.Communication with our host was great and we would definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Perfect spot for 2 couples. The apartment has an open floor plan with plenty of room. There's a nice little restaurant right next door. Parking was easy. We had a very good breakfast at he Brown hotel next to the parking lot. There is access to the parking garage from the 2nd floor of the hotel. John, the manager, was right on it when we reported a minor issue (out of coffee). I definitely recommend this space!

This is the perfect spot in Downtown Louisville. It's close to everything. You can walk to any location. The free parking that you have access to is a big bonus. Owner is easy to communicate with and provides detailed instructions for how to access everything. We will be staying again.

Our experience with John was excellent. The unit was exactly as described—very clean, updated, and thoughtfully maintained. Everything from the check-in process to parking and overall logistics was seamless. The location was ideal, with easy walkability to The Brown Hotel and Fourth Street Live!.We would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

Impeccable apartment, well appointed and located in a very walkable location downtown near 4th street live, many delicious restaurants, and the Kentucky Convention Center. Garage parking for one car included and is very close by. Very responsive management- not that we needed it!

The place was clean, spacious and in a convenient location to downtown activities. We have an electric vehicle and especially appreciated the charging stations in the parking garage. There was a bit of noise from the street only heard in the primary bedroom. There is a sound machine available to help mask the noise and it really helped. All in all a great stay at a reasonable price. I would stay there again.

The host Jon has great attention to detail easy to get a hold of And would take action right away if we had a question about anythingI would highly recommend renting this condo. I would give everything about it. Five stars. If we go back there, we’d certainly stay there again.
