This was our second summer staying at this property and loved it again! The property has everything you need and we loved being able to walk a short distance to the ocean and the sound. Highly recommend!

Clean and probably the best spot on the island! Right next to a beach sound access. This place is a must to stay at if you going to the area.

This was perfect in all ways! Mara was the best at communicating I have seen ever! We can’t wait for the next trip to enjoy the sound and the ocean!!! The house was clean and nicely done. Best outdoor shower EVER compared to every rental I have stayed in prior! Bed are comfy! Bathrooms very clean and well maintained, despite not brand new! The outdoor shed was the FIRST I have seen with a dehumidifier to prevent mold on all the chairs and toys! Hope one day we can retire here!

I brought my great nieces and their mommy with me for our beach stay, it was the girls first time at a beach, your home, was so comfortable and beautiful that they felt at home . It was amazing. Everything was perfect, we tried our best to leave it that way when we left.

Wonderful house at Topsail Beach

My family and I thought Two Beaches was a wonderful house. The location is terrific! The owners are very thoughtful in the extras provided from beach chairs and umbrellas to detergent and coffee pods! We had a great stay!

Had a great stay at Two Beaches - we will be back! Pool was right next to the house and the beach is about a 5 min walk. The house had everything we needed and was very clean.

We had a great stay as a family of 4 at Two Beaches and would definitely come back. We loved having access to the sound, ocean, and pool. We enjoyed using the bikes, wagon, and beach chairs in the shed and allowed us to pack a little lighter. We highly recommend this location!

Quite beach getaway

The rental was beautiful with a modern beachy feel! Very close to the bay and beach. We enjoyed the quite family experience it offered. The property owners were very accommodating and helpful as well.

Great stay!

Wonderful place to stay! With a 7 week old and a 22 month old, it was great to be just minutes from two different beaches, and we loved being able to walk around the end of the island-such a unique experience! The nearby sea turtle hospital was a very fun attraction as well. The attention to detail in the house made all the difference.

Spring break getaway

A warm and inviting home set in the perfect location. We had easy access to the beach and sound. Hosts provided great suggestions for local spots to check out. We already miss Topsail!

Amazing place for your family and AMAZING sunsets

We had an amazing time at this property, perfect for our little family of four. We loved the option of the sound side, ocean side, the pool, it was all amazing. The sunsets you get at the house are AMAZING! We will definitely be back and stay next summer!

Lovely beach cottage duplex in a very special pl e.

Mara and Barry’s “Two Beaches” is so clean and refreshing… well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. Quiet and relaxing!
