Just gorgeous, tastefully decorated and updated, in the Serenity Point community. Wonderful family setting or getaway to unwind. The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, new counters, and stainless appliances. Cooking a delicious meal is comfortable in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoy sitting in the new dining room. Relax in the living room with a new 55-inch smart tv, updated wifi as well. Upstairs there are ceramic tile baths and carpet. You'll love the custom stair rails with a whimsical nautical flair. Beautiful loft with extra queen bedding. (kids love it) great natural light and lots of windows to take in the fabulous views. Watch the wildlife in the sanctuary dunes and incredible star watching from the master bedroom. Enjoy the tranquility, the bright blue waters of the ocean, and the wide sandy beaches. Private beach access and easy sound access. Stand up paddleboards, kayaks, games, beach cart & chairs. Take the bikes out with the kids and enjoy the island. Sleeps 6 to 7 comfortably. We can't wait for you and your family to enjoy this exceptional hidden treasure.

This was the perfect place to stay! We’ve been coming to Topsail for 15 years but this was the first time to serenity point. This house has been our favorite so far! We will definitely be back!

Our family loved this house and location! The house was very well stocked including beach chairs, wagons, paddle boards and much more. The community pool is close by as well. The house is close to the beach and inlet sides, and you can even walk the entire way around the southern point. We are thankful to have stayed in this house and look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful time at this property! If you are looking for a trip to just relax, this location is on point. The close access to the beach was so convenient, and we really appreciated the provided beach chairs, bikes, and wagon to take our things to the beach. Topsail Beach is one of the nicest beaches! There isn't a ton to do in the area, but we did drive to some other cities for some activities. As always, vacation went too fast!

We had a great stay. The house was exactly as described. Joe was very responsive to queries. The coffee shop/ bookstore a few miles away (White Crab Coffee) was a delight and had great muffins and chocolate banana bread. We had a relaxing stay.

We had a great time. Enjoyed walking to Larry’s for lunch. White Crab coffee was a daily event. We would love to return in the fall.

The Serenity Point area is well kept up and great people. Everyone here is friendly and will help with all. We stayed here many times and then decided to buy it. This was a five-star rating with many great reviews and always kept up. We believe in the same way. Clean, updated, and always keep up with the little things with many amenities so you don't need to worry. Just a new listing because we are new owners.

Well, there are quite a few. One is the location - perfect. You have the ocean on one side and the bay on the other. If you enjoy the outdoor activity as Kayaking, paddleboard, fishing, sunsets, and sunrises, you will love it. The town has wonderful shops and restaurants.
