We really liked staying here. The big windows to see the sunrises, sunsets across the deck were amazing. All the added personal touches were well appreciated,from the personalized welcome note, to the dog bowls, towels, sheets, shampoo, hand and body wash. It was our home away from home. Fully stocked, very functional kitchen. Very comfortable king sized bed. We highly recommend it this wonderful home.

Loved the small touches that made us feel very welcome, especially our dog. It was perfectly located and had the best view from the master suite. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful beach, pool, and sound. Quiet, clean, family and dog friendly neighborhood. The home was in a great location, and had alot of great beach gear already available. The owner was very easy to communicate with. My only complaint is that I think it could use an extra deep cleaning more often.

Serenity point was just as advertised. On the southern tip of the island, which feels more private and secluded. Just steps from the beach and pool, this place is the ideal location for a getaway. The communication was great and the place had everything we needed to cook as well as beach supplies. We'd definitely come back!

We have stayed at many VRBO properties in the past and this one is one of the best. Krisha is a great host and always available for anything that may come. Property is well equipped with everything you need from cooking a meal to going out on the beach. I would highly recommend this property and will stay again sometime in the future.

My family and I loved this house! It was clean upon arrival and the location is excellent. You’re steps away from the beach and the sound. The pool is right by the house, which was perfect for my girls (2 and 4 years old). Krisha is a top notch host! She had a welcome card with a bottle of wine waiting for us. She was communicative throughout our entire stay. We will definitely come back whenever we visit Topsail again!

Wonderful!

Everything about this property was great. Very clean, with lots of extras. The walk to the beach was shorter than expected, the pool is right across the street. Definitely want to stay at this property again.

Excellent communication with the owner. The property was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well set up with cups and plates and pans all new-ish and in good order. Check in and out were easy. The views were fantastic out over the South End to the beach on one side and the sound on the other. It was easy to walk to the beach on either side. Also, we arrived to a lovely bottle of wine and a note left by the owner. Overall excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Great get away

Really liked our stay at Serenity Point. It is in very close walking proximity to the sound and the beach. And while everything was very clean and the communication was excellent, the place seems a little outdated, especially the bathrooms. I think it is a little overpriced for what you get, but then again location is awesome

Needs some general maintenance, another towel bar in the upstairs hall bathroom, and maybe a trim of the bush that overhangs the front stairs.

Great experience!

Such a sweet little place. Clean and close to the beach with everything we needed for a beautiful week. Really appreciated the little extra touches like quality soaps, dog basket and little items that we didn't have enough of. Krisha was very thoughtful and helpful to ensure we had a great stay. We will be back:)

Quiet and Relaxing

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The location was beautiful, so close to some stunning beaches. We couldn’t believe we were in NC! The property was comfortable and the owners thought of everything - even a warm welcome with a little gift. So thoughtful! We’ll definitely return.

Complete relaxation (in style)

Serenity Point is one of the secret best places in North Carolina. The location, beach and channel and nature all combine for our favorite place to visit to relax and plug into a better life. We have visited the homes at Serenity Point for the last 20 years and this is the nicest, most stylish and well appointed homes we have ever stayed at. High recommendations. It had everything and we felt completely taken care of. Can't wait to return.
