Property is in a great location in the complex - close to lake and pool/snack bar common area. Parking was busy on the weekend but to be expected. The rooms were clean and communication was quick and easy. Everything went smooth. I would definitely stay again.

"What an incredible find! The location is unbeatable — steps away from the lake with that gorgeous lake vibe all around. The swimming pool and hot tub were a huge hit with our group and really set the tone for a relaxing stay. Everything you need is nearby — great food options and stores within easy reach, which makes life so much easier when travelling with a big group. The property itself had a wonderful energy and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting South Lake Tahoe. A perfect base for exploring this beautiful area!"

The location of this condo is amazing!!! We were right near the Heavenly California Lodge to access skiing. There were grocery stores and restaurants very close to us as well. The fire pits and hot tubs were amazing. The beach and Mountain View were literally steps away from our front door. The condo does only have one full bathroom but we made it work. We would 100% stay here again. It was a very nice location and it was removed from the crowds, which was very nice. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

My family and I had a very special time in this cozy home. We spent our nights here, and the location is fantastic—just one building back from Lake Tahoe, which was a huge plus with our kids since it meant no long walks to the water. The beach was clean, and the views were absolutely spectacular. The property itself was clean and well-maintained. We appreciated that the bedding was warm and plentiful, perfect for the cold weather. The kitchen was stocked with necessary items and spices, and the bathrooms had towels, lotion, shampoo, and body wash. The only minor inconvenience was the squeaky floor in the living room, which could be heard in the bedrooms at night.

Great location - lackluster unit

You are paying for the convenience of the property. The beach is right there. Close to several restaurants. Walking distance to Heavenly Village. Spent a lot of time at the fire pits. Amenities inside were outdated, and lackluster. I would stay at Lakeland Village again, but in a different unit.

Awesome experience

The bulletin board on the wall gave us so many ideas where to go. The location is so convenient to the beach , to the restaurant, to the shopping center . Love it! We would like to come back again in a few months

Location of property was great, not as clean and newly renovated at description stated. Bathroom cabinets falling apart, no central ac, floors had dust bunnies. Cud use a pain job as well. Otherwise we had a great time.

Weekend Away

Nice place close to the water. No view but very short walk to the waters edge. House was very comfortable with nice beds. Both bathrooms are on the ground floor. Not to long of a drive to the casinos and Heavenly Village. A few things could use updating but overall a comfortable and nice stay.

Good accommodations close to beach store walking distance

There was one hiccup dishwasher did not work, but management was very accommodating gave us a bit of a refund for that. It was super convenient to the beach pool grocery stores within walking distance. Rebooked again for next year it’s not fancy but I don’t want fancy I took my daughter and three grandchildren and they had a ball.

Unit 479 Great Place to Stay!

The unit is nicely decorated, very quaint, clean and very close to the lake! The only challenge is that both bathrooms are on the first level of the unit. The 2nd level is where the kitchen and sitting area is and it was cumbersome to have to down stairs to use the restroom. Other than that it is a great place to stay!

Tahoe condo

Condo is in a perfect location near everything. Pool, hot tub, beach were wonderful. Unit was well equipped. Only downfall is that the only shower (for a unit that sleeps 11) and a small powder room are both downstairs. A pain for those up in the loft. We rented a boat from Tahoe Wakebusters that was AWESOME. Had a great week with the family.

Worst 2 nights

Well fist the advertising is misleading as to the proximity of the unit and the condition of the property. We arrive and let’s just say I was disgusted if I can provide pictures here I will.

Hi Adrew sorry to here this the property is located across the parking lot from the beach as in the listing sorry to here you didnt like your stay . The beach there is one of the largest provate beaches in Lake Tahoe and the property comes with all the amenites Hot , Pool on the water .

Properly location is great communication with host was great maintenance could have been better washer was very loud , stove not all burners seemed to work well microwave above stove in poor condition garbage disposal not working very well first step going up to loft moved when stepped on could be a safety risk

Enjoyed our stay!

Positives: - location - heater - water pressure - tv in bedrooms - linens - lots of kitchen appliances - very clean! - fit all of our people and pets allowed! Cons - door key pad. We didn't know we weren't locking the door when we left. Suggest you add instructions on locking the door - only 2 of 4 stove burners working - only one small kitchen knife and the pans can be upgraded! (We cooked a lot) - living room tv was way too small! We love our movie nights! - we had some elderly so it would have been perfect to have 1/2 bath on the main floor Overall we enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Good time in Tahoe

Location was great and shuttle service to Heavenly was very helpful! We were able to walk to a couple restaurants and the cvs when we needed small items. Beds were comfortable! Kitchen had everything we needed. The entire place was clean. The hot tub was a hot and a very short walk. The owner responded quickly when I had a question before arrival. Check-in and out was easy. One strange thing was that the restrooms were all on bottom level, but that wasn't an actual problem, just far for the kids staying up in the loft. My only complaint would be that the front steps weren't cleared of snow and ice, making it difficult to bring in groceries or luggage. I would stay in this location again. Thank you!

Great location.

Without reading the reviews I would not have know the property was multiple levels. The location to the beautiful not-too-crowded beach and fireworks was amazing. The interior was as pictured. Luckily for us it wasn’t too warm while visiting. The main room gets warm and stuffy even when using the fans provided. Although the living area was warm the downstairs sleeping area was nice and cool. The kitchen is definitely in need of an upgrade. With only two burners working and the microwave handle broken the luxury of the rest of the place is lost a bit. The beds were comfortable and furnishings nice. For the price is was just what we needed!

It was good

The property was overall nice. It was also comfortable. However, I didn’t realize that both bathrooms were downstairs next to each other. It did make it hard for the person staying upstairs to use the restroom since they would have to go down two flights of stairs. Lastly, one of the beds downstairs stunk, not sure if it was the pillow, bed sheets, or mattress but it had an very unpleasant smell. The other beds were fine. Overall great home, had everything we needed. The location made it easy for us to get around.

Dirty

Outside property was well maintained and on the beach. Very dirty. Floors were disgusting. There was no way they had been mopped probably ever. Windows were nasty. Cobwebs. Outdated. Broken dishwasher. No A/C. Advertised as having A/C and was extremely needed. Broken stair someone fell because of. Nice resort. Horrible unit.

Hi Kara sorry to hear this in the directions it says to tell us if there is anything you need and we send out the cleaning crew if it is not to your standards at any time per our company policy. We do have portable AC units for the properties to help. The Beach access and amenties are nice hope other guest try this condo its a great location and steps to the beach please read out other reviews !
