Perfect location! We were a 1/2 mile walk from almost everything we wanted to do! If we decided to drive we had easy access to main roads. The property was clean, well appointed and in a safe quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

My family stayed in this home for almost a week and found it to be haven of refuge and comfort! Beautiful, comfortable and lots of household supplies that helped make our stay pleasant. My daughter accidentally left her book behind and the owner was so kind as to ship it to us! We were so grateful for that kindness! Definitely stay in this home if given the opportunity!

Wonderful property, beautifully decorated. Closely located to old town with a driveway so you don’t need to park on the street. More than enough room for the three of us. Host was easy to communicate with. The entire experience exceeded our expectations.

We did not find it to actually be walking distance to downtown. More mirrors would be great and possibly extension cords as most outlets are floor level.

Thanks Laura for your 10/10 review and feedback. Walking distance is somewhat subjective. The house is 0.3 miles from Flagler College and 0.5 miles from St George St, the heart of historic St Augustine.

Excellent location. Made it easy to walk to George street and Trolley tour of lights. We enjoy playing games at night and they have a nice size dining room table. Restaurants and coffee shops close by.

The house was perfect! It is in a great location. Very short walk to the plaza but the street is nice and quiet. The house was so clean and EXACTLY what was listed. The host was responsive and even had a sweet little Christmas tree up. We loved every minute of our stay here.

Historic and Cozy

We had an excellent stay, and were in walking distance to everything. Staying in a historic home was the icing on the cake!

Lovely house with everything you need for a great stay. Walking distance to down town. House was very clean and the communication from the hosts was excellent. The pictures are accurate or do not quite do the house justice. We would highly recommend and stay again.

Absolutely fantastic stay!!! Great location with an excellent proximity to local restaurants and entertainment! We walked to everything! Fully stocked kitchen. The host was amazing too, they were easily and readily available for anything we may have needed. We are already planning our next trip!!!

Close to George St. and cozy

Very comfortable and pleasant for four adult women. Management very hospital and easy to work with. Enjoyed our time in the house.

The place was lovely. We had 5 guests so the accomodations were great. Everyone was comfortable. The outback patio was nice. The location was perfect for the wedding we attended. Overall we loved it. Great communication when I had questions. Great experience for my first time using VRBO.
