We had a great time celebrating and catching up with family visiting from IL. The house itself is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was the perfect home base for exploring Saint Augustine during the day and relaxing together in the evenings. We loved our stay!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at High Tides while celebrating my mother’s 60th birthday, and we had a wonderful experience. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s also conveniently located close to town, which made getting around easy. It truly felt like a home away from home.I’ve stayed in several VRBO properties over the years, and this was easily one of the cleanest I’ve experienced. If we’re ever back in the area, I would absolutely stay at High Tides again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay!

High Tides and Good Vibes was an excellent VRBO. We stayed 4 weeks and everything was perfect. Great location in St Augustine to do anything you want. We highly recommend this as VRBO.

This house was perfect for our St. Augustine trip. The location was great and close to the Historic downtown. The house was very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!

Easy check in process, clean and beautifully decorated space with water views. Easy to walk to restaurants, art galleries and historic district. We had amazing breakfasts at Southern Grounds, George's diner and Ragga Surf Cafe. Nice art gallery near Ragga. Excellent seafood meals at St. Augustine Fish Camp, Beaches at Vilano and Grouper Shack (our favorite). We would definitely recommend staying at this rental.

Stunning property! The host was extremely responsive to questions and offered great recommendations. Only a short walk to an Old Town trolly stop made seeing the sights easy.

Great location for walking around St Augustine. Felt safe walking through neighborhoods to get to any attractions in historic area or around Lincolnville. Couple of coffee and small bite options very close by. Quick trip over the bridge of lions to the beach without having to pay oceanfront prices. Two things to note, if you are staying in the primary bedroom you'll be getting your steps in and the the back patio lacks privacy if the neighboring house is rented (couldn't tell this from the photos so we were surprised, though had no issues). All in all a great home away from home!

The host is very attentive and helpful.We had no issues at all. Appears as it does in photos but even better. We loved the location, walkable to most tourist activities downtown and some nice restaurants nearby. Be sure to make reservations ahead during busy seasons.

High Tides was the perfect home away from home for me and my family (3 adults, 2 kiddos, and one fur baby). The house is decorated beautifully and it had everything we needed to cook meals. The master suite is on the third floor, so be prepared to get your steps in. It wasn’t bad for us but if someone traveling has trouble with that it may be difficult for them. The location is great, as it’s close to downtown, which is about a 15 minute walk. I felt safe walking alone with my dog and there were many others doing the same through the day. The home is very quiet, despite it being on a busier road. The views out back are gorgeous for sunset watching. When we return to St. Augustine we will be renting again!

We were a group of four adults and our stay at high tides was absolutely wonderful. Everything that you said that the property had it had and much more. it was immaculately clean, the trolley runs right in front of the house which makes it very convenient you can walk or that trolley makes it a really easy ride.We actually feel that five stars doesn’t really do high tides and good vibes justice. The four of us would each give you SIX STARS!!! Having the coffee available as well as tea plus creamer just everything that made the stay that one step above.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, modern property. The home was spotless, comfortable, and very well appointed. The thoughtful details throughout made it feel welcoming. The host was easy to reach and responsive. The location is convenient to the historic district, and the beds were comfortable. The space was a great fit for two couples, though it might feel a bit tight for three couples. A few practical notes: there is limited cabinet space for groceries, so you have to move things around a little, no formal dining room, and the closets are on the smaller side. Cushions for the barstools would be a nice improvement. There is so much to see and do in the area, so we recommend planning sightseeing early—our time went by far too quickly. Parking in the historic district can be challenging, so we used Uber a couple of times. We recommend The Grouper Shack, which is a casual, laid back, must-visit restaurant with great food. Overall, this was a lovely property with many extra touches, and we enjoyed our stay.
