Excellent location. Fully stocked kitchen. Very very clean. Beds comfortable and the center living room was roomy and comfortable to have guests over. Two separate sinks in the main bathroom and the extra half bath was convenient for us. No complaints whatsoever.

Great location. We were able to walk to most of the areas attractions. Loved the house it is was clean and a nice open space.

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The location is unbeatable; we barely needed the car since everything is within walking distance, including Schmagle’s Bagels for breakfast, which is right around the corner. The updated interior is extremely clean and incredibly well-thought-out (having a TV in every bedroom was a huge plus!). We appreciated the pet-friendly fenced front yard, and we spent plenty of time relaxing in the comfortable outdoor seating area. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect house and location for our group of 6/7 adults. It was clean, had a nice outdoor area with a firepit and grill, and was walking distance to wherever we wanted to go. We would definitely stay again!

Great hostess and fully stocked and modernized. Our small beagle could get under the fence in the front yard, but hostess says that will be repaired soon. Location could not be better! Walking distance to eveything in the Old City. St Augustine is a great place to visit.

Amazing accomodations! The location could not be better! The house is great, well furnished with great appliances and everything you need. I could not recommend this place more.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for walking all around downtown St. Augustine and for easily returning for nap breaks with our toddler. We loved relaxing on the patio in the evenings and watching the trolley and horse-drawn carriages go by. The home was beautifully maintained and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again.

Best location ever. We were able to walk to almost every tour we did. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs and kids. It was so cool to see the horse and carriage go by the house. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Host was easy to get in contact with.

Location, location, location plus a charmingly updated bungalow with all new amenities was the perfect recipe for a 3-night stay in historic St. Augustine. We walked out our door and in 300 yards we were in the midst of all the shops and restaurants on St. George St. The owner was very friendly and responsive and the home was well stocked to make our stay stress free. It was dog-friendly for our 15 year old Cocker Spaniel and the front yard was fenced in so made it so convenient for letting her out. Our previous 3 trips to St. Augustine we stayed on the beach side so this was so enjoyable to stay in the heart of the historic district. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

We had a quick 2-night stopover stay on our way to Miami. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. The house interior has been renovated and is lovely. I was worried about only having one bathroom with a shower though it ended up being just fine, as there was a half bath in one of the bedrooms. Washer/dryer was nice to have. There was one disappointment, the bed in the room off the living room isn’t comfortable (could use a new mattress). The trundle bed underneath is comfy though. Location is great, convenient for walking to most things. It was nice not having to move our cars while there. Communication with Virginia (the host/owner) was easy and responds quickly. We will be looking to book this house again when next in St Augustine.

Excellent location, comfortable beds. Very responsive host. We will be back. Our teenagers enjoyed being so close to the old city and had lots of fun hanging out in town. Well stocked kitchen.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location can’t be beat! It was lovely being able to walk to dinner and have so many choices that were around 0.3 miles. We would definitely stay at this property again!
