Stunning deck views and no car needed! This location is a 10! Music, tubing, shopping, wining and dining are all just a few steps away.

Spin a Wade Bowen vinyl and enjoy the Texas Music themed decor or relax on the scenic ice house style deck, overlooking New Braunfels and the Guadalupe River!

The complex has its own access to the river, is next door to the Gruene River Grill and is a three minute walk to the Legendary Gruene Hall and the ever popular Grist Mill Restaurant!

Perfect place

This condo was perfect. Walking distance to Gruene Hall and all of the shops and located right on the river. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Great location

This property was perfect for 6 couples to spend the weekend in Gruene. It was super clean, great balcony and decor made it fun! Would stay here again!

Awesome Stay!

We were 3 ladies on a quick overnight Girls’ Trip to Gruene for shopping, food and fun. The condo was just as we had expected…clean and comfortable. Working with the hosts was a breeze! They were delightful! We loved the location and view. We’ll definitely be back!

You will not be disappointed

The location was perfect. The decor in the condo was phenomenal. We will definitely stay here again. Deserves more than 5 stars.

Excellent location!

We had a wonderful time! Being able to walk into the heart of Gruene makes the visit so much fun. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I especially appreciated the coffee the host provided.

Great Stay

The condo is so nice! Great location to shopping, floating river and just relaxing! Decor in condo is great!!! Condo had everything you needed and then some! Owners were so kind and accommodating Highly recommend

River Haus - Perfect location/great river view

We loved River Haus! The place is adorable, comfortable and in a great location. We walked to dinner and shopping and a had quick drive to Rockin R to rent tubes and drop into the river. We loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee while listening to the rapids and watching birds and wildlife. A bonus was the stereo with a variety of albums to listen to!

This property is always an amazing stay, well stocked, clean, relaxing. The view from the balcony is amazing and listening to the water in the morning with coffee is so peaceful. Shopping, food, and entertainment are all with in walking distance!

Summer Getaway

Wonderful condo! We enjoyed our stay. Especially listening to some of our favorite music on the record player. Kitchen was stocked and AC was cold. Easy walking access to stores and restaurants in Gruene. Boys enjoyed the river! Close drive to Schlitterbahn too! We’ll be back!

River front views

Cute, well stocked condo with beautful view deep in the heart of Gruene. Loved the turntable and music theme. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway, river float or music at Gruene Hall.

Gruene Getaway

We had 3 couples in the condo & our stay was very comfortable! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions before & during our stay! The condo is very well stocked so cooking on vacation was easy! The mattresses are extremely comfortable which was a huge plus for someone with a bad back!

The Mavericks Band at Gruene hall weekend

Great place for the weekend. Plenty of room and nice outside balcony to relax on. Walking distance to Gruene hall and surrounding shops. Owners were easy to communicate with and provided easy details to access unit. We had a great time and will do it again.

Best Girls Trip Ever

Location is fantastic to walk to bars & restaurants & shopping & Gruene Hall. The river was a beautiful view to enjoy our coffee on the balcony. The hosts thought of everything & the place was fully kitted. The beds were comfortable & the washer dryer was a bonus! We loved the music theme & record player. We can't wait to come back again & stay here. :)
