The condo was clean and had all of the kitchen appliances our family of 7 needed to make great meals. We enjoyed the coolness of the evenings by relaxing on the porch and enjoying each other’s company. We had a great weekend with our college kids.

Great location, rooms were a good size for a vacation rental, and the kitchen was well stocked. We have older kids, so the poker set was a huge hit. The host is very thoughtful and provides more than most, so we really appreciated that level of generosity. The property itself is well maintained and clean. We will definitely book this condo again. Thanks for hosting us!

The condo was exactly what the description said. We had 7 people and it was a little cramped but we knew it might be. The host James was amazing. We needed batteries fir the remote and within the hour he had them delivered. Communication with James was awesome. He responded quickly to all our needs. Great place to rent.

This was a very nice accommodation for our group. The unit was nicely equipped and furnished, beds were comfortable and our host was proactive in communicating with us and quick to respond for the few questions we had. Excellent location too, convenient to downtown New Braunfels and Gruene.

We had a great stay at this Vrbo property. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax right away. We really appreciated that it was pet-friendly, making the trip much easier to plan.The location was another big plus—being within walking distance to the river was incredibly convenient and added a lot to our overall experience. The property also offers two pools, which were both clean and enjoyable, giving us nice options to unwind during our stay.Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we’d definitely consider booking again.

Our family had an amazing stay at the Guadalupe River Roost! The house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kids loved the pool and games. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and comfy living area. The host, James, was incredibly responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. The property was well located near all local attraction. The property is well kept and pffers all that is needed for a family stay. The owner,James was also incredibly kind and communication was always prompt. Will definitely be back.

Excellent View and a lovely apartment.

Be sure to take advantage of the large patio; we enjoyed breakfast each morning out there. There are two great swimming pools. The apartment is very comfortable and nicely appointed.
