We had a wonderful day. The host was very responsive very quickly with anything. The water access was nice. Overall, would recommend anyone to stay here at any time.

Brooke was a highly attentive host. She was available promptly at all times. The property is spacious and fits 6 adults very comfortably. Great location to the river and downtown. The golf cart rental is ideal to go downtown.

Great stay

Second time staying at this condo. We choose it a second time because first experience was great. Extremely clean property, great communication with host, wonderful location, nicely decorated condo, overall exceptional stay. Would recommend this property to anyone.

The host was very attentive, the amenities were excellent, very clean, well stocked very comfortable and most importantly the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Unfortunately our stay was for just one night we plan on going back! Brooke was very accommodating and we truly loved the place. We have two properties in Washington that we also short term lease so we understand what goes into a great place!

Everything was great! Condo is perfect, clean, wonderful location. Brooke is a great host. Easy to communicate and accommodating. We have stayed here multiple times and is our go to for a place to stay when we are in the area. Highly recommend to anyone.

Brooke, the host, was great and couldn't have asked for better communication. Listing description was spot on and location is perfect for a getaway to the great downtown location in Gruene. Highly recommend!

Mother’s Day Weekend

This was the absolute best place to stay for our family weekend getaway. It’s steps from Gruene Hall and the Gristmill and the Guadalupe River. The patio is great and looks out to the river. We saw around 8 deer while enjoying the patio. The inside is quaint and cozy! We had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again!

Everything you need

This new condo is furnished with everything you could possibly need. It is so well decorated you feel like you are staying in your own home. You are only a 10 minute walk to the center of Gruene. The owner is very responsive to any needs you have. I would definitely stay here again.
