Welcome to 335 Pearl Street! A brand new 5 bedroom home located in the Heart of Beach Haven. The home features a open concept living, dining, and kitchen the third floor, 3 levels of decks, and phenomenal 270 degree views from all levels!

Completed in spring 2021 with no detail has been overlooked, this home will be the perfect place to spend a week with your large family. It features (2) bedrooms with Queen beds, A bedroom with (2) twins, a master suite with king bed and en suite bathroom, and a bunkroom with (2) twin bunk beds. There is one additional full bath on each floor and dual outdoor showers so getting the family ready to go out to eat quickly wont be an issue with five showers!

Outside the home features (4) decks; a large front entry porch, a small sitting deck off the queen bedroom, a large semi covered wrap around porch off of the living and dining area, and a roof deck to catch the amazing sunsets over the bay. At the ground level you'll find a pool with lounge chairs, a covered linai area with additional table and chairs, an additional covered "hang out" area with outdoor couches, and a bbq grille.

You'll be roughly 3 short blocks to beach and within walking distance to all beach haven has to offer, making this the perfect to place to simple park the car and relax for the week!

The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect! The fenced in yard was great for the dogs, the pool and outside showers are amazing after a day at the beach, and the location is close to everything for walking, you don’t even need to get in your car your whole stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I can’t wait to book again next year!

Great place and spot !

First time to LBI and loved the house and location. In a quiet, private area. House is beautiful with great views! Kids enjoyed the pool and outdoor balcony. Can’t wait to stay again.

Loved it!

The house is new and clean and spacious and exactly as described. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes walk to the center of Beach Haven but very quiet and private with a beautiful view also.

Location with a view!

Location location! Picture perfect views of the harbor, amazing sunsets and easy walk to everything beach haven has to offer. House was comfortable, clean and modern. Adult and child friendly!

Beautiful new house, great location

House has a great view of the bay, is right across from the tennis courts and walkable to restaurants, stores, beach etc. Pool is a great feature for the kids between beach trips. Highly recommend

Family Wedding

We rented the house for a week as my daughter was getting married in Beach Haven. The house was very nice and centrally located. The views of the bay were very pretty. House was very clean and updated.

Was very hard to get in contact with them. It seemed like the place had not been fully cleaned our turned over from the previous people. There was stuff in the fridge as well as full trash bins downstairs and i asked them about getting jt and they said they would but never did. Leaving us to leave trash next to full bins. The kitchen had lots of ants and ant traps so I think this is a problem they have. The dishwasher and laundry was not empty when we got there and still had dirty stuff in it. Most of the quilts had stains on them. The space itself was a good size for us but be aware there are a ton of stairs. Overall the poor communication and lack of cleanliness was a turn off. It is a great location and a beautiful house and I think could be great if the owners did a better job keeping it clean.

Great Family Rental

Our family of four couples (Mom and Dad, two daughters and their husbands and nephew and his wife) with our two grandchildren and great niece (total of 11 people) stayed for the Labor Day week. The property is ideally situated for family vacation with easy access to the beach and restaurants and other attractions. The pool is a real bonus for LBI and provided a great relief in the afternoon after our beach stays each day. Property is very modern with premium appliances Sandwell appointed bathrooms. Owner/managed, Travis, was responsive to all our questions and very cooperative and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

Great location.Great views. A lot of room. Owner very responsive. Flew in from Texas.  We did not bring Sheets, Towels, Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags  (basic needs that we assumed would be provided).  HOWEVER, the owner dropped off TP & Paper towels after we contacted them.    As far as paper products were concerned, the house could have initially been stocked better (not sure if that was a fluke or the norm…just BEWARE and ASK! before venturing out).   The floors were dirty - not sand, but dirt- feet were black at end of everyday.  Did not let baby crawl on floor.  As with all the houses in the area, there are many stairs.  We did not mind, but if you’re not in semi-good shape, that could be an issue.  Giving 4 stars due to EXCELLENT responsiveness of owners and location of property.

This place had to be one of the worst experiences. Walked into a place that was very misleading per the pictures. Furniture was only half the same as the pics and what was there was disgustingly dirty. Stains all over the couch so much so no one wanted to even sit on it. The beds were absolute nasty, pillows stained, comforters had stains on each one and one even had what was clearly blood. The pool was not clean at all when we arrived. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I would not have eaten in the place due to the lack of cleanliness. The outdoor furniture was so weathered you were afraid to use it. The refrigerator did not keep anything cold. And to top it off we had ants in MANY of the rooms. Had two guests with bites all over them from either bed bugs or the ants who knows at this point. And the owner sent cleaners in to do nothing but mop the floors and sit on the bed to use one of our chargers.

Wedding Weekend

We had a magical wedding weekend in Beach Haven! Everything was perfect from our beautiful, well stocked rental home with a beautiful location. The home has a nice neutral decor, perfect for our wedding day prep & pictures before heading to Pearl St beach for the seaside nuptials. The ability to have our fur babies with us to share the weekend made it extra special. Thank you for sharing your amazing home! P.S. You will get your exercise with the many stairs top to bottom!
