Basically comfortable and clean floors and bathrooms very clean. The kitchen can do with some cleaning cupboards and the walls could use some fresh paint. Host was quick to respond to questions which helped a lot. Thank you

This is a very spacious place in a decent location. The apartment was exactly as advertised. We were there in late May and the AC worked great, as did the ceiling fans. We used the dishwasher, washer and dryer and full sized fridge and all were in great working order. The shower pressure was great. Host was responsive when we had questions. You do have to climb a set of stairs to get into the unit, and another set of stairs to get to the bedrooms. We will absolutely stay there again.

Great Rental!!

My family and I definitely enjoyed our time at this rental. The home could use a deep cleaning, installation in the windows, and a few fixes BUT to the normal eye, the home is over all clean. I would stay again.

Short stay in Columbia

This Townhouse was located around shops and stores with everything you could ever need. The only issue was, no bathroom located on the main floor ( kitchen and living rm). It was just an inconvenience to stop and go up another flight of steps to relieve ourselves.

The heat didn't work for a few days, the dishwasher was not operational. The repair guy did come out and work on it twice. The entry door is not very secure because the mailslot is very large and close to the inside latch. It wasn't terrible it just needs some attention.

Lee, thank you for sharing your observations. At the time of your stay, the dishwasher was undergoing repairs and was noted to not be included in the listing as an amenity. Since your stay we have replaced the dishwasher with a brand new appliance. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to host you again!

The apartment is very well appointed. Check-in/Check-out was easy with the information provided. During our visit, the A/C wasn't working property and the temp never got below 75 degrees inside. Temps outside were 95-100 that weekend. There is no ceiling fan in the master bedroom, so we had to purchase a fan to keep the air moving. Communication was very good with the property manager, they were responsive to us, however, the maintenance worker did not fix the A/C.
